Hi rico121,
Don't touch totalesoft with a forty foot barge pole.
Especially stay well clear of Francisco who is (as far as I'm aware) the owner of this outfit. They sells white label casinos. Not only are they rip offs but make outlandish claims to clients making promises of inflated returns and such.
They've been around for years.
Do a quick reverse whois.
The so called client John who is supposed to have purchased a casino (casinomillionaire.com) from totalesoft is a sham. The casino is owned by totalesoft (although the whois is suppressed) take my word for it, totalesoft own the casino.
All domains currently sharing the same server with casinomillionaire.com
vivalasvegascasino.com
casinomillionaire.com
the-online-casinos.com
ownacasino.co.uk
wintermarketing.com
casinoco.com
vivalasvegascasino.com
grandnationalcasino.com
Totalesoft is hosted on a shared account @ fasthosts.co.uk
Now ask yourself, if totalesoft are so successful why do they not have their own server...
Reiterating this outfit is a sham. Stay away from this clip joint & also ownacasino.co.uk
This thread should provide more info.

Hi thanks for your answer. In fact I am looking for casino white label solution. Can you tell me if you know the best and safest one.
Regards
Hello,
We are well aware of Total E Soft for years and almost worked with them and Jonathan except we just kept getting red flags everywhere and almost impossible to speak to anyone. I know 2 parties chasing their money that was sent to them.
Depending on what you are looking for, we should be able to help you find a white label solution. See some options from GambleGaming.com.
Let me know if I can help.
Vince

AussieDave was 100% right on on his post. Our company operates ownAcasino.com and we used to always being confused with co.uk. People were constantly emailing us asking where their website was since they had sent in the money and did not get their product.
It was not very flattering being confused with or to have anyone thinking that we were one in the same company. We were and are not.

Hi rico212
Back in the old days (2000 - 2004) white labels were a dime a dozen. Fortunately the industry has matured since then.
Anyway white label casino you can get your hands on these days ain't worth having.
I'm going to assume that you know very little about the online casino industry from an affiliate point of view. Because frankly a white label casino is simply a glorified casino portal.
Any online casino that may consider giving you a white label casino, would require you to have good knowledge of the online casino industry. Though it would also require you to have a decent traffic/player base.
My recommendation is to forget about a white label casino and set yourself up a casino portal and promote casinos as an affiliate.
Sign up over at the GPWA (Gambling Portal Webmaster Association) http://www.gpwa.org/forum/
When your domain is @ least 3 months old you can apply for private membership.
Private GPWA members have access to the private forums. These will provide you with a wealth of information. You'll also have access to asking questions of other casino portal webmasters.

Thanks for your answer but I have very large traffic and thousands of players in my player base .
It doesn't matter the price if the commission is high.
Just looking a simple way to work I can get my own casino but it's too much stuff.
I am already in contact with many companies but if anyone have suggestions about turnkey casino let me know.
Thanks
Hello Rico (and anyone else),
We've got scammed recently by them and lost a large amount of money.
For the last months we did not get any reply.
Perhaps anyone can give us advise on what to do, maybe other parties got the same problem with
Totalesoft and together we can take (legal) action?
Any advise would be appreciated.
Rico; you didn't do business with Totalesoft? If so, did you find another good business party for a White Label thing?
Thank you in advance.
Regards,
Patrick
