    OKscratchcards VS bedogisyou

I signed up on the 23rd of juli and received their free 5 euro. I then went on to win 400 euro. Because you can't request a withdrawal without depositing I made a deposit of €20 and played trough the requirements of the bonus. I went on to win another €100. I requested a withdrawal of €500.

Today (25th) I got this email:

We thank you for contacting us at OKscratchcards.com. We are writing with reference to your account , please note that the compliance section have chosen to decline your cashout and refund your deposit to your Account. Please note that this was done after an investigation had taken place.

I have replied to this email asking for a explanation.

Anybody else had bad experiences with okscratchcards or 1 of the other brands on the neogames software?

This just seems ridicilous to me. They basically just choose not to pay me, and withouth any explanation as to why.

Looking forward to some of your input on this matter,

    Bram

I had a similar experience just before Xmas, I received an invitation via Topscratch for a NDB of £5, I thought what the hell and went for it, and hit this.......

    scratchbiggy.jpg

I got my balance up to around £200 and thought it worth a shot at a deposit, I duly rang them up and discussed w/r etc, and I thought it was worth risking £10 for.

Long story short I sailed through the w/r and was still left with £200, I made a withdrawal and had to wait the required reverse withdrawal time frame, which led to the weekend and no withdrawals, the following Monday it arrived in my Neteller account, no documents etc were needed.

I`m not sure if the place you played at is part of the same group, but good luck getting your cash .

I haven't had a account before with them. I do have a account on two other sites that run on the neogames software, but this is not against their terms.

I send and received two more emails. First they claimed that their department concluded I had done moneybookers fraud. Then they said I had taken advantage of their free €5 bonus. LOL!. Both ridicilous and untrue statements.

And their decision is final. So that's nice.

I believe there is no decency with online casino's. It's all about money.

Load of bullshit - of COURSE you took the bonus, that's what it's there for. It seems you are just not allowed to win from it, even though the terms state that you CAN withdraw winnings from it and withdraw them if you make a deposit.

I also can't see how you could manipulate scratchcard games unless they were rigged to start with.

Had you comitted Moneybookers fraud, Moneybookers themselves would have shown you the door once they had found out, hence you would not have been able to deposit via this method in the first place.

They are also using two completely different excuses for not paying, which looks like they are just making it up, and have nothing on you other than the fact you won off the free €5, and would rather withdraw it than lose it all back again.

    Reply from NeoGames

“In regards to the case brought up in this forum, we would like to express that our action taken is in line with our established T&C. Due to our regular compliance checks, it came to our attention that this player was engaged in activities in violation of our T&C in several sites under the Neogames Networks platform. Therefore the player’s cashout request was declined and the original deposit was refunded to him.”

I have received a PAB from the OP, submitted it to OKScratchCards and their rep, no response on the issue thus far.

@bedogisyou: please ensure you've read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ and understand that any posts here by you before I've finished with your PAB could stall or kill that process.

    Fair enough.

If this proves to be the case, the player will not win the PAB.

    However, Max has just added...

Failure to state the case for the operator will lead to the PAB being decided with incomplete information, which under some circumstances can lead to an erroneous decision being made in favour of the player.

The player's story seems to be that he accepted an advertised free chip offer, won from it, and requested a withdrawal - not seeing a problem with this according to the terms and conditions.

What I can gather from the rep's post is that there is a term somewhere that states free chips of this nature cannot be claimed at more than a specific number of related sites.

For this to stand up to scrutiny, this rule would have to be clear, and the relationship between the sites must be easily available for players to be able to check which sites such a collective rule applies to.

FWIW the OP went AWOL during the PAB. The casino claimed they and the player were "discussing the issue" but there was no way to verify that because the OP never responded. Case tossed in the bin and a big rude banana to the OP for wasting our time.

Also, thread title changed, was "OKscratchcards chooses not to pay me. (Neogames software)" but given the circumstances that may well have been BS. Or not, who knows?

"rude banana" is this little fella:
