Need help with Betsson ...

Hi everyone!

I found this place while browsing for help with Betsson problem. I won over 2.5k euros there and wanted to withdraw. They asked me to scan copies of different documents and I did it. Every single one was approved (they send me emails about that and it was also visible in my account), they only wanted one more photo ID. Luckily I had it and I sent it, they came back to me with the same approval email and thanking me for cooperation. When I tried to withdraw I could not log in! Their chat operator said that my documents were not approved and all funds were confiscated including my deposits!!! I asked for explanations but he just cut me off. I emailed them but got same reply that their decision is final and ALL funds were confiscated! NO EXPLANATION GIVEN AT ALL! I don't know what to do it seems that they can do what they want. Are there any legal company who can submit a legal claim for me (don't know the costs, but I would pay up to 2-3k and try to reclaim costs from them). As they target EU market they should be controlled somehow...

First off I am as confused as you as to what is going on - Betsson are one of the best & most reputable companies in Europe IMO, so something is strange here.
Anyway, you have come to the right place!

Normally the first thing to do is send the casino representative a Private Message about your problem, but they don't have a rep on this forum, so you'll probably need to jump straight to stage 2:

After giving them a reasonable amount of time (which you may have already done), if they do not put things right to your satisfaction, you can Pitch-A-Bitch.

KasinoKing is one of our most senior members, and he gave you very good advice. If you are going to PAB (Pitch a Bitch), don't say anything more about your issue, it's one of the terms of the PAB service.

If I remember correctly this thread was originally entitled something like "Need help with Betsson stealing my money" or somesuch. Since the OP has since filled a PAB I have taken the liberty of changing the title to something less ... corrosive to the PAB. I trust this will not unduly inconvenience anyone.

i think they're just doing a check ( i think ) it can take a week or two. don't go bananas yet
