    Mayan Fortune stole my withdrawal

Mayan Fortune have blatently stolen my withdrawal. I requested a withdrawal of $2000 (2 x $1000). I reversed $500 of it and kept playing.
As a VIP player who had reveived an email saying I could flush my withdrawal I emailed them requesting that they flush my remaining withdrawal of $1500. I received 2 withdrawals back saying that my withdrawals had been flushed.
I checked my account the next day and there were no oending withdrawals. Then the email trail started. I sent them all the facts and they came back to me saying that I had reversed the withdrawals and played through the money.
I couldn't believe they were saying this to me. I asked them how I could reverse the money when they had flushed my account and my pending withdrawals were gone. They did not answer me or give me any information or paperwork showing where I had reversed the withdrawals. I emailed the manager and got no reply. I emailed accounting and after a couple of days they said they were looking into it. A week later I received an email from them saying they had looked into it and I had played through the $2000 end of story. I asked them for a statement showing where my account balance was showing the $500 and the $1000 that I was supposed to have reversed. No answer and they will not give me any of this information. I can't beleive this has happened to me, first time I have ever been ripped of by an online casino. I was one of their VIP players and had made numberous withdrawals before. This was the first time I asked them to flush my account. What a mistake. To say I am angry is an understatement. The are liars and cheats and should be avoided at all costs. Not one answer to any of my questions or requests for them to prove what they are saying. I know I didn't reverse the withdrawals, but who can you turn to nobody. Its there word against mine when they wont provide you with the paperwork you request. Dont play there. They steal peoples money and don't pay

Your profile is showing no PABs - so turn to Max!

Make sure you read the PAB T&Cs first - then go for it: http://www.casinomeister.com/problems.php

Mayan are a reputable casino IMHO who simply do not rip-off players. There must be some sort of mis-understanding or error somewhere here...

    Thanks for the info

I dont think anyone can help me. They have made up their mind and won't discuss or send me the information I am requesting. I must have sent them at least 50 emails and have had 2 replies with no explanations just keep saying I reversed and played through the money. Unbelievable.

You'd be surprised what Max can get done, (PAB) Besides if this is all fact which I'm certain it is, we all here would look forward to Max's results. This is the information this site is famous for. Where not to play after confirmed facts...

I really hope you PAB, I am interested in the outcome. Mayan Fortune is one of the few white label Rivals i play occasionally. It should be pretty easy to prove. Anytime Rival reverses a withdrawal, they send an email--if they cannot produce an email of the reversals of the additional $1500 then......

Flushed withdrawals at Rival casinos can be reinstated until they are processed. If you make requests via email or live chat they do it for you immediately. I am not suggesting that the OP is lying but just to let everyone know that flushing of withdrawals at Rivals is BS if you are easily tempted within the 5-day pending period.

MaxD can do wonders. Just a mere mention in the Casino 770 thread and the player had his money within 24 hours. Check out that thread.

    Good point dcpam.

As far as I know, even when a withdrawal is processed it stays in the history but just changes to 'processed'.

Ive not heard of this happening before, so I would certainly PAB with Max ASAP...unless of course there is something you arent telling us.
