    craps.com checks are not coming

    hi,

Back in June this year I deposited at craps.com 100 pounds using my neteller account. I won 3,303 and cashed out using my neteller.

they decided to send me a check (without asking for my premission first) but anyway, the check hasn't arrived.

After I asked them few times to re-send the check they sent it (or at least they said they sent it) but again the check hasn't arrived.

few days ago, 4 months after I actually cashed out, I asked them if they can cancel again the check and wire the money to my bank account.

thier replay was that management decision is that my withdrawal requests will be processed via bank drafts only.

who gave them the right to do so? I am waiting for 4 months for my money, I spent more time sending them emails than to any other casino I have ever played at, and they won't even bother to try and solve this situation?

I am quite shocked by thier responce so I thought maybe one of you have any idea what should I do.

    thanks.

Maybe they suspect you're a fraudster -- that the address you have registered is not your own? Seems strange that they refuse to pay you by any other method other than bank draft even after two misses.

They did the same to me one time, that is they sent a bank draft after I requested Moneybookers. I did receive my check within a week or two though, and did not have any problems.

I suggest you try our Pitch a Bitch service.

Once you fill out the Pitch-A-Bitch form I will have the details I need to send a formal complaint to them wherein we request that they inform us of their plans to resolve the issue.

If they do not respond satisfactorily to the complaint they will receive a Casinomeister Warning. If that still doesn't prompt them into action then they will be added to the Rogue Pit so that other players will see that they are not to be trusted.

The Pitch-A-Bitch service is free of charge to all Casinomeister.com members. I hope you will find it suitable to your needs.

Later: Sorry, my mistake. I see that you did a PAB a few months ago ... and Craps.com is not on our Accredited Casino list. Please see here for details on the "one free shot" rule.
