    Red Flush Casino Withdrawal

I received the promotional mailing in August for Red Flush Casino. I have been a Vip regular with Jackpot Factory and Fortune Lounge for years, and have not tried a new casino in that time. However, I checked this web site regarding Red Flush, thought it might be fun to start up with a new, presumably reputable casino, and of course I liked the sign-up bonus!

I made a series of deposits from the period 8/17/08 though 8/27/08, for a total of $989. On 8/29/08, I had a winning streak and cashed out $4000. I decided to have $2000 withdrawn to my QuickTender account and $2000 to be sent to me by couriered check. I figured that this would give me a good idea of the casino's quickness in paying out winnings. (As an aside, all of my withdrawals from Jackpot Factory and Fortune Lounge to my QuickTender account have consistently been paid and in my QT account with 24 hours.)

Well, in a true gamblers moment of weakness, I reversed one of the withdrawals before the 24 hour period had expired, and the banking page did not specify which of the $2000 withdrawals was reversed. It turned out the the QT withdrawal was reversed and the check withdrawal remained in effect.

Subsequently I received an email from RF Casino that said that my check request would take 6-8 weeks to process and that they would not charge the courier fee. I replied that 6-8 weeks to process a check withdrawal was unacceptable and would they please cancel that request and send my winnings to my QuickTender account. They replied that that was not possible, as the check method withdawal was already processed, though it would take 6-8 weeks to get to me.

on 9/2/08 I sent a PM to Martyn Beacon, the affliate manager for RF Casino on this forum, asking for his assistance. On 9/4/08, He replied that he would look into it and see what could be done. On that date I received another email from RF Casino that stated that Marty had contacted them. They also went on to note that 6-8 weeks was casino industry average for check requests to the US, but as a nice gesture to me, for $50, they would put a stop payment on the check and refund the remaining of my withdrawal ($1950) to my QuickTender account. I immediatelly replied to the email, YES, please cancel the check, charge me $50, and send the remainder of the money to my Quicktender account.

By 9/9/08 (5 days) I had yet to see the winnings in my QT account and again sent a PM to Marty requesting a status. He contacted RF Casino and I received an email from them that said they never received my reply requesting the winnings to be paid to my QT account. But, if I would just reply to their email, they would ensure that this was done. I again replied immediately, YES, please cancel the check, and send the remainder to my QT account. And, I asked, please reply and acknowledge that you have received my email. No response from RF Casino. Again, I PM'd Marty asking that he contact the casino and ensure they had received my request and I even gave Marty my QT account information to ensure that everyone had the correct details. To date I have received no replies. I would note that I use my email numerous times daily and all other emails I have sent to recipients have been received with no problems.

So, I initiated a payout on 8/29/08, there is a check request out there that may or may not have been stopped, and there is no money in my QT account, and no information or contact of any kind from RF Casino.

According to both Marty and RF Casino, it is my fault for not being informed that checks to the US are taking 6-8 weeks to process, and to honest, I may have missed those posts in the America forum. However, I don't believe the "we never received your confirmation email" response (repeated responses) while all of my other emails have had no problem going through (which also included my identity confirmation emails, and a copy of both sides of the credit card I used to deposit, all of which were received with no problem).

    Any help would be appreciated.

The lack of response to all of your emails is definitely not a good start for this new casino

    Update:

I received the check today for $1965 ($2000-$35 courier fee). To be fair, it probably actually arrived late last week, but we evacuated due to Hurricane Ike and the post office held our mail. So, the check actually took 2 weeks to arrive from my withdrawal request date, not the 6-8 weeks that I was told. 2 weeks for a US check seems very reasonable.

Now, my big question for the Red Flush host. Can I cash it, or has a stop payment been issued for it? (there were no funds deposited in my Quicktender account)
