    Non payment of 400,000 €

    Dear friends,

This is my first post, but I supose it will not be the last one. My problem is the following:

I am not going to say the name of the online casino where this issue has happened until a final decision is taken. I will only say that it is a casino supposed to be fair, according Casinomeister.

A couple of months ago, I deposited 1,200 euro in this casino, and played winning and making a withdrawal of 6,000 euro, very fast and with no problems.

As I had money in my balance, I played again about 15 days ago. I played live roulette (I only like this game), and on June the 12th, I had a huge good luck run, winning about 400,000 euro. Suddenly, a "server error" message appeared, and when I tried to log in again, my account was locked.

After trying to contact the support, finally I got a good answer from the casino: My account was locked becase I had a tremendous run of luck, very unusual, and they had to verify my bets in order to make sure everything was correct.

I understand it. It is a very big amount of money, and it has to be verified.

Finally, I have had an answer today from the casino, referring to "unusual betting patterns and account activity". Therefore, the game has not been played fairly.

Of course, I am confident of my bettings, they were placed legally, fairly, before the ball hit a number... all those things.

But I am very worried. I do not know what to do or who to ask. I have read many times the Terms and Conditions and I have not found anything that doesn't agree with my play. I have some screenshots that verify my winnings, but I will keep them until everything is solved (or not).

I have not received any bonus from the casino, so it is not that problem.

What should I do? I am very worried because it is a huge amount of money and I don't know what to do!

Your help will be highly appreciated.

    Regards

Contact Maxd or Bryan by PM and have them look into it. They will probably be able to help with PAB if the casino is accredited here.

WTG on your win by the way!!

    Hello and welcome abroad, edd4ie!
Please could you clarify few questions for me? I think it will help me to understand the issue better.
    1. What are they mean when they say "unusual betting patterns"? It's sounds a bit strange for me.
    2. Please tell us the name of the Casino.

And now regarding your issue. As I understood, you played Live Roulette, but there is no known methods to cheat the Live Roulette, because the only one thing you can do is to place bets! And there is no RNG, which you would try to break. There is just wheel, dealer and you! And it's your decision where and when to place bets, right? Their allegations are just a b/shit! So I'm unable to understand why they have locked your account. But I'm bit confused by "account activity" phrase...
    Hope you will get paid!

Yeah, the name does ring a bell. However, if this is true how is it possible for the casino to blame unusual betting patterns for a huge win. Bonus abuse possibly so but not huge winnings.

I only hope that this as yet unnamed gambling venue is in a jurisdiction with some sort of commitment to fair play and teeth - it could be an avenue the OP may have to use.

Could be an interesting one to watch this. Shades of the Pirate case from a few years back. Definately Pitch A Bitch.

In case you were wondering, the references to the actor from New Jersey are a reference to an old member here who caused a stir.

Hello again, and thank you for the answers.

I didnt realise that my name could sound like a bell.

    Anyway, the important thing:

I am not going to say the name of the casino because they havent taken their final decision. I would like to be fair regarding this. They are still investigating my bets, but one of the managers of the casino has told me that they have found "unusual betting patterns and account activity", so the game "has not been played fairly"

    What are unusual betting patterns?
I don't really know. It was the first time that I heard that not all the bets are admmitted in live roulette. that means that a novice player will not be able to play martingale? I dont know

    What is unusual account activity?
Neither. This sounds even more extrange to me. I didn't know that you cannot connect to the casino whenever you want.

Anyway, I have not received any more information about this unusual things...

The casino is a recognised one, and it is not located in an unknown place.

And yes, all the winnings where in live roulette. No RNG to cheat: you only place your bets and wait for the ball to hit your number... or not.

I supose that all my bets are recorded, as well as the results of the live roulette, so it would be quite easy to show the fairness of the game, but the truth is that I am really worried.

    Thank you again!!

Hello eddie, Max Drayman writing, I'm the Player Grievance Manager at Casinomeister.com

Among other things I handle the Pitch a Bitchs, which is our system for lodging a formal complaint and having one of our staff, namely me, chase it down for you.

The Pitch a Bitch (or PAB) service is free and there are no strings attached, ever.

As has been mentioned this is probably the way you want to go with this. It's a large claim and you don't want to do anything to hurt your chances of getting full and proper service from the casino. Openly discussing the issue here -- which you haven't done, I'm just mentioning it -- is probably _not_ the way to go because that tends to antagonize the casinos and could seriously harm or even kill your chances of getting paid. I'm not saying that makes sense or is even reasonable, it just happens to be the way things go.

So, I hope you will do the PAB thing and we can get the ball rolling on this. I'd love to land a big one before I hit the road for a bit of family time in a few weeks.
