    geolit12 VS 10bet

I recently registered with 10bet casino and made a couple of deposits there but did not have any luck. I made a third deposit for the 75% bonus and this time I won.

They have a heavy wagering requirement of 35 times. I went for slots and roulette which count 20% towards wagering.

I played roulette and brought my initial balance up to around £8,000, then slots and managed to bring the balance up to about £14,000 after completing the wagering.

They then closed the account, saying it was under review by the manager. I then mailed them, more than once, and got the same response from the support team, (your account is under review and the manager will contact you). I waited and nothing, so I called on the phone, and support would not let me speak to the manager, saying he would contact me and I am still waiting.

Why won't they let me speak to the manager?, Why have a phone contact number if you can only speak to support who cannot help you resolve your enquiry? I wonder is it just in case you have won, and they can close your account and not pay...?

When I played this rule was not there. They would love to use this rule but they did not mention that at all.

Try to see if you can find the original version in Google's Cache.

Are you sure ? The rule is well hidden at the bottom of the page . Probably it is a gnoming issue anyway......

Max bet rules of this sort should be banned from all casinos. I mean 5% of deposit is a pretty low amount , you might accidentally bet 5-20% by clicking bet max because the software allows you to do this. I can understand 30% rule that some microgaming casinos have but 5% its pretty easy to go over even by accident and the software should keep your maximum bet automatically under this threshold. Thats what 32red actually does on some cases, that they only allow smaller max bets when using a bonus, so its doable . Also here it is 5% of deposit where on some other places its 30% bonus. In any case the maximum bet rule suck in my personal opinion, but here it is plain awful.

    What's the time frame here?
If it's mostly happened over the last week or so, it would be reasonable to expect their response time would be longer than normal due to the holidays.

This is a good casino IMO, but if they don't come back soon with the right answer for you, you can always Pitch A Bitch with CasinoMeister and Max will try to help you out with your problem.

In case you don't know, Pitch-A-Bitch is CasinoMeister's FREE service to help players with problems at non-rogue casinos.
Before you start, make sure the casino in question is NOT in the Rogue Pit or on the No Can Do list. (They're not).

You should try and dig up a google cached page (The terms and conditions, from the day you deposited), if you're sure they changed them.
Would be very useful, whether you PAB or not.

Edit> oh look...someone already said that, and I would've known, had I read all posts...lol. Doesn't make it less true tho

FWIW I have received a PAB from the OP. There were some questions regarding their CM account, etc, and unfortunately I have not received a full response. This one is up in the air until those issues are cleared.
