8.In the event that the Player has not made a deposit at this or any other Casino Rewards member casino,
you may not redeem more than one sign up bonus within the Casino Rewards network, regardless of the individual casino offering the sign up bonus.
This is the "deposit between bonuses" term that may have caught the OP out.
It is not entirely clear though, as it does not specify whether the deposit has to be one without a bonus, thus it could be said that if the previous SUB or offer was taken with a deposit, then a deposit has been made.
The KGC may look favourably on this interpretation of the above term, especially if the invite email came from Casino Rewards themselves as a result of signing up at the other casino earlier.
Obviously, the "spirit" of this term is that players do not just hop from one casino to the next, playing only the SUB at each, but the wording is ambiguous. Try a complaint to the KGC, if they say "no", you won't get a better result with a PAB here.
The KGC may rule "pay half" because they did this in a previous case where the placing of a term meant the player had to surf around looking for it, something they HAVE now corrected, as all three sets of terms show up on one click to "terms and conditions" for this offer.
There is also a 25% of bonus max bet rule, and this is another possible reason that winnings might have been confiscated - too large an opening bet with the $21 starting bankroll. The max allowed bet under this rule would be $5.
