    Try KGC, why wouldn't you?

The WORST that could happen is you not being paid, which has happened already.

The KGC will require Zodiac to back up their allegation with evidence. If they have no evidence, past experience says the KGC will tell them to pay up. They would then pay you and ban you.

Dennis, looks like that might be the best plan. Move on, there are other casinos that will treat you well and let you just have the fun you are looking for (plus the hope of winning!). There is no way to prove that you have no other accounts with any casino, if accused. I always ask when I sign up, in case I might have joined to try and forgotten in the past. And then, keep the answer from them.

If they reply, they are likely to say they can't give you this personal information unless you pass security, which means answering questions based on the data registered to this other account.

The only way to get past this is to complain to the KGC, who will get to see all this information, along with the data that shows this other account to be yours. The KGC will then decide whether the evidence is sufficient proof that you have this other account. If they reject the evidence, you will be paid, they HAVE to because it is the KGC telling them to.

I can't understand why you are resisting going to the KGC, and trying to resolve the issue by getting people who have no power to FORCE them to pay up to agree that you are in the right.

This illogical unwillingness to use the most effective route will make others suspect that you KNOW there is something "iffy" about your case, and don't want to go to the KGC as they are likely to see it and agree with Zodiac, which will effectively kill any chance of you getting paid through other channels.

Renee has already rejected your argument, and is also the contact through which CM and Max are likely to approach Zodiac.

    Non payout

I am giving them 5 working days to reply to my request as a matter of courtesy, I know I only have 1 account with Zodiac. I can also supply proof of all deposits from my account and anything else they wish me to, I know I am a newbie, but don't judge me until the outcome of my complaint is complete.
If they do not reply to my e-mail at least saying that they are unable to supply the information, then who do you think has something to hide?

Did you PM Renee? Or just email support?

Nobody is judging you. You should afford the casino the same courtesy and cease suggesting they are "hiding something".

Renee has shared some of the evidence with us and it appears that you have indeed got multiple accounts including 2 accounts at Zodiac Casino and 6 other duplicate accounts at their other casinos, all using the same home address, phone numbers, DOB, etc.

For lying about your circumstances, attempting to coerce the casino, and abusing your Casinomeister privileges the standard penalty is to be permanently banned from the site. I'll flag this for Bryan and let him make that decision.

It's so frustrating, you want to take someone at their word when they have a complaint but this just goes to show why people are suspicious right from the start. I always wondered why from the get go people would think something was up. Now I see why.

In doing the PAB stuff I try and maintain a "show me" point of view: someone -- player or casino -- can claim whatever they like but until they show me the evidence to back it up it's just so much talk. People will claim the moon is a Spanish omelet with your name on it if they think they it will put a few coins in their pocket.
