they say if you start with 100 dollars, while on the slots they will give you 300 extra to play with, they do, but if you ever get off the slots, and start playing card games or anything else but slots they will not pay you off instead they take you bak to your 100 dollars, i just had it done, i had 1660 on the machine and started in the slots for 2 days, and then went to black jack, so they say that voids everthing, they are geniune crooks, believe, me

While I haven't tried every casino out there ------ the RULE that slots bonuses can only be used for SLOTS is very common. If you try and use it on BJ or VP or other games, it voids your winnings.

While I am not familiar with this casino, those same rules and restrictions are in place at every other casino I play at. That's why you must know the T&C's for every place you play. To avoid this.

Knowledge is power!! Go read and use it. Those actions are not "crooked".

Also.................as a brand new member making your first post:

We welcome warmly new members who want to join and be positive contributing members of this group.

However, you do start off on the *wrong* foot if you join solely to start with a rant against a casino that is merely doing what every other casino does -- limiting slots bonuses to slot play.

I don't want to chase you away, but you might want to start by reading the FAQ's and doing some research on the information available here for players.

Hi Jsb... I'mn assuming you used the bonus code 'WINSLOTS' from their site, as thats the one which offers a 300% bonus. From the name of the bonus alone it's clear it's aimed at slots players.

In the terms listed underneath the bonus offering I found this:

''Wagering on restricted games does not count towards the fulfillment of the wagering requirements and will void all winnings won on this promotion.''

Sadly this is a fairly common rule, as Diane already pointed out, so I hope this wasn't too expensive a lesson for you. Just make sure to carefully read the terms of any bonus you accept in the future, and if you're not clear on the rules always ask before claiming.

Best of luck and welcome to the forum.

I have no love for win palace myself due to some other issues but your post really takes the cake. Since you took a bonus there must be a coupon listed in the cashier displaying the games that are excluded. If you had knowledge of the details you cannot cry foul as this was relayed to you or do you honestly believe they shouldnt abide by the terms of their own coupon.

PS if abiding by their own terms make them crooks I shudder to think what they would be branded as if they dont follow their own rules.

Gotta agree with you there Chuchu,

I have no love for Winpalace or there sister casinos, but you cannot call them crooks in this instance. Every single casino you play will have terms and conditions pertaining to a bonus, so I suggest you read them very carefully.

If this is your first shot at an online casino you can be partually excused, I suggest you take a look at Caisnomeisters Accredited Casinos.

Please read the terms and conditions in full before playing next time, nothing worse than a player winning and seeing then lose it all due to not following them.

And if you need help understanding them, there are heaps of players here that are more than willing to help you out

    Goodluck with your next adventure!!

    Cheers Matt

Winpalace not disclosing all the information

I got a mailer giving me $50. NOWHERE on the mailer does it say that the max cashout is $50. So I downloaded software, put the bonus coupon code in the cashier box and redeemed the coupon. Under "coupon details" in the cashier window it stated the playthrough amount and the games allowable, but did not give any information on max cashout. So I started a live chat and asked what the max cashout was because I didn't see it on my cashier page or the mailer. The person was kind of rude and told me to look on the "coupon details" page. When I tried to tell them that it was not on my page, they said yes it is because they were looking at my page. Anyways, all I was asking is for them to tell me where it was. They basically said, "It is on your cashier page, sorry if you can't see it, but I see it!" I took a screenshot of my cashier page and sent them the link to see what I was seeing, but he said he was not allowed to go to the link. Then he typed, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" I just told him that I didn't think that this was being very honest with their terms and conditions of this bonus. If someone played it thinking there was no max cashout and won a jackpot only to find out that the max cashout was $50 that is not cool or good business. They should disclose all the terms on their mailers and on the cashier page. I am glad I "chatted" with this person, because now I know not to give my business to this casino. If they are secretive of their terms and conditions of bonuses, then it makes me think that they are hiding something.
