won with bonus but played one excluded game

hi all, opened an account with vegasred last week and was sucked in with the great bonus they had.
was playing live roulette all night and they were giving me 100% match on all deposits and nothing was said about me betting on live roulette.
anyways i didnt read the terms until afterwards silly me, anyways i got a bonus of 250 euro and my original 250 i lost and then i was getting fed up so i put it all around one number and it came up and i then had a balance of 2500.
so me being delighted i go straight to withdraw it and the balance goes to 2250 as they took the bonus out which i figured was ok.

Then i read the terms few days later and realised i had to wager it 40 times so the woman told me that roulette doesnt count so i have to wager it on a progressive slot game or the likes (she never said i wont get paid because i placed a bet on roulette)

Then i played safecracker slot machine and i kept getting lucky and ended up hitting the 10k wager required and i was still left with 10,000 euro.
now ive been asking them about the withdrawl and they tell me it takes longer than normal withdrawls because its so much. but can they take the whole 10k off me and leave me with nothin because i placed the 250 on the roulette just one time?

or would they just take the 2250 off the 10,000 and leave me with the resT?i pretty much doubt it but i am absolutly gutted and feel i wont get paid.

Just want to add that while waiting for it to be withdrawn i opened a different account with another casino and played there and lost and closed account due to gambling problem. then i logged into the account with 10 grand in it and that was part of same network so thats now closed too and they are waiting till monday to review my withdrawl what are my chances of getting anything now that they know i wont be back?

Sorry, but you should have read the T&C before taking the bonus. It clearly says that all forms of roulette are prohibited; and this term is even on the same page that lists the bonus offers.

Sort of confused, though. It says their welcome bonus is only 100% up to $200?

Expensive lesson, but an important one. In any case, you're entitled to get your deposit back.

    7. Bets placed on all versions of Baccarat, all versions of Roulette, all versions of Sic Bo, all versions of Darts, Heads or Tails, all Video Poker games, Blackjack Switch, Blackjack Surrender, Pontoon, and Craps will not be counted toward wagering requirements. We reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player's withdrawal if the play bonus is wagered on the above mentioned games. Bets placed on Blackjack, Blackjack Live, Lucky Blackjack Progressive Blackjack and 21 Duel Blackjack contribute one third of their original value towards wagering requirements. In other words, the sum of the bets placed on this game is divided by three when calculating wagering. Bets, placed on any game, which abuse the betting system will not be counted towards the wagering requirements.

well to be honest i only joined to play roulette never crossed my mind that it would be a banned game for the bonus.

It wasn't my first deposit either it was my 4th or 5th and they were giving me a 100% match on all deposits up to 500 euro i think.
Also if i made 4 or 5 deposits and only played roulette that means no matter if i won or not i would not be getting any money from them on any deposits. the thing that annoys me is the support team where telling me about the bonus and could see i was playing roulette yet never told me.grrrr

I'd PAB to see what max can do. Since they want to void winnings if someone plays a prohibited game on a bonus, then they should be voiding losses just the same. Just like you said, it's a win-win scenario for the casino. You had 0% chance of cashing out at any point, on any deposit + bonus.

Support should NOT have "set you up" like this by continually offering you further bonuses once it became evident you were playing Roulette, which was an excluded game. The original story looked more like they were telling you that you had to complete WR on inclusive games (which you then did) in order to withdraw any winnings.

What you did next though, was pretty silly.

opened a different account with another casino and played there and lost and closed account due to gambling problem. then i logged into the account with 10 grand in it and that was part of same network so thats now closed too and they are waiting till monday to review my withdrawl
You have created a SERIOUS problem for yourself, and whilst at first it looked like you may well have been paid, it is now almost certain you will NOT (other than a refund of deposits, and a permanent exclusion + addition to a "problem gambling" database that will "protect" you from playing at any other Playtech casino, possibly even others).

yes vegas red is with playtech, it says roulette does not count. I'm really annoyed over it but i guess its my fault for accepting the bonus. They told me i had to meet the wagering requirement and i went on to meet it and I'm waiting for an email off them that i know will say I'm not gettin paid.

Can't really see them refunding all deposits to be honest, over a 1000 euro worth of deposits, even tho they knew i was playing roulette and never bothered to say anything.

Also i didn't know that the casino's were linked until i went to log in to vegas red the next day.

    What is a PAB??

Just want to clarify that they haven't yet said anything to me about not paying me out. They have a 4 day waiting period befor they process the withdrawal but im almost certain they will tell me I broke the terms.

after i realised my mistake i asked the girl on support and she checked it and said i hadn't met the wagering requirement and roulette doesnt count. then i asked how much do i need to wager and to cancel the withdrawl. she told me 10,000 and i cancelled it and ended up winning money so surely she should of told me at that stage that winnings will be void?

PAB = Pitch-A-Bitch, a complaint-handling service we offer (free of charge) to our membership.

In a nutshell you file your Pitch-A-Bitch by completing the PAB form, I receive that, pre-screen it and then submit it to the casino people. The idea is that we're seeking a resolution to your complaint or a good reason why it cannot be resolved satisfactorily.

Anyone wanting to use the Pitch-A-Bitch service is **STRONGLY** advised to read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ in full. You have responsibilities in the PAB process too -- both in filing your PAB and while the PAB process is ongoing -- and a successful PAB depends as much on you and your cooperation with our procedures as it does with the casino. The FAQ details those procedures, lets you know what you should and should not do while your PAB is in progress, tells you what to expect from the process, etc.

You can see more about past PABs on our PAB Archives page.

However, if you had not accepted the bonus there would be nothing left from your original deposit to bet on the single number. A bonus increases your bankroll so honestly I dont believe you have a case here.
