    Angry Red Flush

I am upset my grandson set up a new Red Flush account on my laptop and being a dummie I made a 38.50 deposit thinking it was my account. Several days later account is locked went to chat first talked to Gina would not help me then talked to Justin he was no help said account was locked by Microgaming Security not Red Flush. So I am sitting and waiting for copy of live chat that was prosmised me. It is in all around 70.00 but now both accounts are locked. I do have to admit when I mentioned asking you for help they became much more agressive. It is such a minor thing I would think they could clear this up it was not done on purpose and they should know this as I even regested my promo. I am disabled and this is my entertainment I never spend a lot but I do spend what I have. Please help me.

Hi, sorry to hear of your difficulties but the good news is that Red Flush is an Accredited casino here at Casinomeister. The Accredited Casinos list is here, FYI.

So, as an Accred casino they are required to help out our members ASAP.

First step is to contact the casino representative. In general see our I-Gaming Forum Reps page (here) but your rep for Red Flush is here.

What you want to do is send them a Private Message (aka 'PM') and let them know your situation. Once you are on their profile page (as above but here it is again: here) you click on the 'Contact Info' tab, then click on 'Send a private message ...'.

If they are unable to help you -- or you don't like the help you are getting -- then you need to look into our Pitch-A-Bitch process. That's our formal complaint system and, again, the Accred casinos are expected to deal with your issue ASAP. The place to start with a Pitch-A-Bitch (aka 'PAB') is the PAB FAQ (here). The service is free and there are no strings attached.

That said, please take the time to read through the entire PAB FAQ before you submit your PAB because there is a lot you need to know about what to expect, what is expected of you (the PABer), etc.

In case you were wondering I manage the PAB service and am a Forum Moderator here at Casinomeister.

    Good luck!

    Hold on a second.

How are you able to play at any MG casino since you are in Oregon? My accounts were disabled years ago because Oregon is specifically on the banned states list. And how did your grandson set up a new one?

Edit: Ok I went to their flash website and selecting U.S. from the countries list isn't an option...

It's bad enough having a CM member trying to pull a shifty.
But using their disability (if he/she is at all) to twist peeps heart strings, that's just wrong on SO many levels.

    Cheers

It can be done its called HideMyIp. Anyone can set up an account as long as their IP is hidden they can use an IP for Europe or any country they choose.

Interesting. But wouldn't it still be an issue when you have to submit faxback docs or does MG not require those?
