It can be done its called HideMyIp. Anyone can set up an account as long as their IP is hidden they can use an IP for Europe or any country they choose.

A lot of these hide my IP sites & or programs that offer a free trial, don't allow you to use it for SSL which is what MGS casinos connect with both in flash and download version.

Of course you can get around the GEO IP blocking. However as others have stated then comes the problem of ID.

Personally I think too much is being read into this story. But I'm cynical after years of reading stories like the OP states

LOL I am not reading into it at all, I just want to play micro again!!

I tried to get Spin Palace to reopen my old account recently but they said no US, I have not tried any of the others I was with as I honestly don't remember which ones (mostly the River Belle I think). After a couple years I tossed my list of account number and pw's thinking it was a lost cause.

Has anyone tried to get a dormant US account opened with MGS that was closed back in the day?
