IMHO you can not point to any word(s), phrase or terminology that could in any way justify labeling the OP as, "mean-spirited, contemptuous and terminally disagreeable." But please go ahead and quote the quotes.
But more to the point, now that the OP has filed a PAB, the prospects of a successful outcome have been interminably and irrevocably compromised. We seem to be agreeable on this last point at least "......and being so spoils pretty much everything, including your chances at getting what you want."
Why would you bother pursuing the PAB under such circumstances?
If the OP is successful I for one will believe that justice, whilst inexcusably delayed, was eventually and belatedly delivered.
If the OP is unsuccessful, well........I think speculation will rightfully abound.
For the moment you are being played hook, line and sinker by an OP that has been around the traps more than once.
..
But first, let me tell you just what I think of you!
That should really motivate you to champion my cause![]()

Bosh! If a person is acutely unpleasant -- on and off the public record -- and they end up being unsuccessful in their goals then perhaps they have themselves to blame and no other. Those who offer a service have a right, and I would say an obligation, to refuse service to anyone who makes the process unreasonably difficult and unpleasant.
Note that I'm not saying such a refusal has been given, but warnings that it might be have, and rightly so I should think.
(1) Because, within reason, it is my job. (2) Because we try to give everyone a fair shake, and sometimes that means shrugging off a bit shite. And (3) because deep down I'm a real sweetie and I like to give the players, often the underdogs in their disagreements with the casinos, a good shot at being treated fair and reasonably. However, there are limits, and that's not an unreasonable position to take. Why would you bother pursuing the PAB under such circumstances?

If Mitchy has already PAB'd maybe we should suspend the thread pending the outcome. If he doesnt want to PAB, there is no point arguing on the issues over and again. It will just make tempers flare. Just close the thread then.
