Bonus Complaint My FUN NIGHT TURNED INTO NIGHTMARE AT CANBET CASINO

When I visited Casinomaister website last night, i noticed that they were advertising:
"Register a new Canbet Casino account using the promotional code: MEISTER150 (on the Join page). Make a minimum £25 (€30) deposit. Qualifying accounts will be credited within 48 hours. Register with this link to be eligible."

So i did.., what a nightmare it was. After opening my account at Canbet Casino i typed the promotional code: MEISTER150 to receive my bonus...
It came up with "The promotional code is invalid"

So i contacted their live support and spoke to the person named Jodi (very rude tech support person)
First she said that I mistyped code, which was impossible because I copy and paste, then she said that minimum was $30 to qualify and i deposited $40, she was arguing with me through whole conversation, pointing out what "i did wrong not to deserve to receive my bonus" instead of trying to solve the "problem". Then she said in canadian dollars maybe if i deposit more money i would receive my long promised bonus.. and she would email me after its ok'd by someone there.. This morning still no one has contacted me...

I was so upset last night and tottaly dissapointed in this whole online gambling industry. I wish Casinomeister.com would stop sending new users to Canbet Casino from their website, i am afraid that i am not the only one casualty...

Regarding this bonus, I think you are alone bringing this issue. I did not see any posts from canbet new players complaining about the casinomeister bonus.

I also had probs with that link. I made deposit and didnt get bonus. Contacted live chat they in time gave a bonus. Before i played i called them and said this bonus is wrong. Well not only had i got a rude cs rep they more or less said you got a bonus what more do you want. I said would like the bonus i put in for thats all. So long story short i played what they gave me deleted casino and wont go back.
