Lucky Nugget (Belle Rock) Bonus Warning !!

    Hi,

just be warned, that Lucky Nugget lies in their Bonus DEMO. They really explain, how you always can withdraw your cash balance everytime and "zero" the bonus. ITS A VIDEO DEMO, come on....

But, NO WAY... THATS WRONG (not only for the welcome bonus, but for all boni as their support just explained to me)

That way, if you have a 20 euro bonus and dont want to play slots, you must wager 6000 !! at MINIMUM !!!!!!! to get your cash LOL

BTW: if you have 20 bonus and play tree card poker, you have to wager 1000000000000000000000 (more) TO GET A CASHOUT (no cashout possible, never)

Could someone please explain to me what happened with the whole MG EZ-Bonus thing?
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

    Complete mess.

Players knew exactly where they stood, depriving casinos the opportunity to play games with players whose style they didn't like. They are now adding complication after another into the system, but leaviing the interface unchanged such that players are being told one thing by the online help guide (including the video demo) and another thing by support. Once, this kind of behaviour was confined to rogues like the Virtual group, but now it seems most EZBonus MG casinos have resorted to tinkering with the rules, but not updating the demos and walk-through guides on the websites, nor have Microgaming done anything about misleading help files contained within the software.

That's not the worst part. The loyalty points that you get are normally converted at a rate of $1 for every $1000 played. Then, if you are not playing slots it means having to wager another 300x to cash them out. All in all, you need to wager $300K to cash out $1.

I 100% agree. You have been lied to. This issue has been brought up a few times before here on Casinomeister for other MG casino as well.
One by one MG casinos has switched to this new undocumented and also not supported by the software bonus scheme. It made matters worse that the
withdrawal page within the casino still stated the EZBonus rules which gave rise to a lot of confusion of course. I have discussed the problem at
length with Vinylweatherman. You can find the posts by searching the forum if you want more information on this.
