And I always thought Belle Rock was a nice group.

There are still casinos (MG) that respect the EZ system totally, for example the Palace Group. Of course this can be exploited easily, but hell, promotions DO COST MONEY, they PROMOTE A CASINO.

If not, it's just a dirty trick. Theese "changed" EZ MG boni DO COST THE PLAYER EVEN MORE MONEY. IT IS A TRICK TO GET ALL YOUR MONEY AND MAKE SURE YOU CAN NEVER CASHOUT !

EG: American Roulette (house edge above 5%) : 0% to wagering req.

same as : all table pokers, all roulette a.s.o.

Shell I laugh or cry here ????

This is just a means to bring back the system of excluded games, however they have managed in this case to go the whole hog, and resurrect the old "slots only" bonus but have pretended it's an EZBonus bonus instead. For large bonuses and the standard 30x rule, this is equivalent to an old style 100% slots bonus with 15x WR, which is not too bad. What IS bad is the way they misrepresent the offer by NOT referring to it properly as a "slots only bonus", but by pretending it's a standard EZBonus.

There would be no problem changing the rules, but what IS a problem is where they keep these changes secret by having misleading user guides to teach players how the system works. The issue with the banking page is worse, as this constituted "terms and conditions", and then casinos said the terms were wrong, and they were applying a different set. This is illegal, unless there is a term that refers players to the second set with a statement to indicate the hierarchy in which the different sets are to sit within the contract. Such a statement would be of the form "where these terms conflict with the general terms, the general terms shall apply".

The industry keep telling players that trust is the key, so where is it?

    Hi All,

The MGS EZ bonus system still applies to all bonuses with the exception of any sign up bonus. This means that when claiming a sign up bonus you are required to meet the WR for that bonus before any withdrawal can be made. Once you have completed the sign up bonus requirements, or zeroed your account and you claim any further bonuses the EZ bonus system as described on our sites applies.

    I hope this clarifies matters.

    Best regards,

    Belle Rock

I think most of the problems with bonuses because of the casinos hidden/unclear T&C.

The problem is that EZBonus software does not differentiate between a sign-up bonus, and a normal bonus. If players go to the banking page to check whether they have met WR, they will be told they can withdraw, and simply lose any remaining bonus chips. The software will let the withdrawal through, and zero out the remaining bonus chips, just as it says. The new player step by step guide also teaches players that they can do this, as does any "help" page within the Viper lobby. Against this, we have a single paragraph among many in the terms and conditions that contradicts the EZBonus guides in the case of the sign-up bonuses. The time to have brought this up was when MG were designing and beta testing this at Grand Prive, but operators said nothing, and are now trying to fiddle with the system beyond the ability of the software. The whole point of this system was that it would be "EZ" for the player to understand and operate, they would be guided by the software, and prevented from doing anything that would be against the rules. Operators could vary the weightings applied to different games.

Asking MG at the development stage to add an operator option to require ALL WR to be completed before withdrawals were allowed should have been pretty obvious, given what casinos knew about the playing styles of "bonus hunters". It should have taken an instant to spot the obvious flaw, 1 big Blackjack bet & instant withdrawal with forefeit of bonus, they should have said "NO" to Microgaming at that point, and asked them to modify the scheme.

Yes, this seemed to be the whole idea behind the bonus system. It was impossible for the players to make a mistake and have winnings confiscated. This bonus system was made to prevent a lot of bonus/winnings forfeit problems.

If some games are not allowed to play with the signup bonus, the software should simply just prevent players from starting those games.

Rival software and 3Dice software can handle this, but MG can not. Therefore MG casinos should not make bonuses with such requirements. Making MG casino capable of this would solve this problem.

It especially misleading since players are used to the EZ bonus and then suddenly there is this extra line in the T&C at one casino.

This is the stuff RTG/Playtech casinos pulls out of the hat, but sadly now many MG have started doing it also.

A number of Lucky Nugget issues have been posted, and become cross-linked recently. They are:

    Lucky Nugget Announcement

    Lucky Nugget Bonus Problem?

Lucky Nugget (Belle Rock) Bonus Warning !!

I've asked the BelleRock rep to comment on these and have had this reply back:

With reference to 1 & 2 on your list, we did review the ad copy on our sites and to avoid confusion we have amended it accordingly. With reference to the 3rd posting on your list I did respond already on the forum. What I did not say is that the reason for the change of requirements on sign up bonuses is that the system was abused by bonus hunters. For all other bonuses the EZ bonus system works exactly as advertised on the site.

They still have not satisfyingly addressed why the term appears nowhere on their promotions page, and why they choose to use this method rather than preventing users from getting a bonus in the first place. I think the original poster should PAB, and I think they should be paid.

For all involved in these threads.. please check this out.

Could all of you please take a look at this....

    I don't think it's the casino's and promo's ... from what I have dug up...
this goes a bit deeper and IMHO falls within bonus abusing.. for EVERY bonus that poser could not "get" or "cash" there is a complaint on this forum.
    *(sometimes two and three)...
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...earchid=256870

After wasting my time replying to yet another complaint.. here....
    http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...oup-aware.html

Just wanted to give you all a heads up. This guy isn't getting paid and is not allowed to claim bonuses at most of these casinos.
In the last thread he told me "he knows carnival casino pays because he played noble poker and was paid... " but when I did a search on them I saw nothing but complaints...and another complainer... just a different name. seems posers sign up date is pretty close to the banned date of the other member. I could be wrong about this.... but I am not wrong about the bonus abuse going on... and for every single one he gets all your attention. so please check out posers list of post and/or threads started before having any sympathy or believing anything he says.
EVERY single thread is stating "beware" or "getting ripped off by *_____ !

    Interesting.

This could be a case of searching out loopholes and exploiting them. It would also explain addition to the Playtech blacklist. Casinos are also helping out by giving bogus excuses rather than simply telling him that he is banned. This enables him to post the replies that clearly show the casino to be in the wrong if each case is judged individually without reference to the others.
An "expert" player would be expected to know all the various tricks, twists, and hidden clauses in terms, and how to trick casinos through the loopholes.

Bryan should be able to determine if this really is a banned member coming back with a new account, or mere coincidence.

Admittedly, he HAS highlighted some shortcomings in the rules of various casinos, and these casinos should still ensure these potential loopholes are closed.

If he is not a "promotional abuser", then he has been very, very, unlucky with his choice of venues.
