    I understand Bryan is on holiday, his autoreply says to contact one

    Well, I am sure the matters raised by the PLAYERS was "urgent", but all they got was "CS on autoresponder", and a wait of some months, ........ and counting.

    Only NOW has the owner of this outfit seen fit to respond to the issue, but sadly most people have chalked this up to experience and considered this outfit rogue. Unfortunately, people are on holiday, and Bryan is on a LONG vacation, so since Bryan decides on such things, it will be at least a month before any action can be taken on whether to remove the casino from the pit, although Max can add an amendment to his warning.

    Since the OP thinks this is urgent, and Max is here, this gives a month to explain WTF was causing the "meltdown" in CS that generated the complaints, and resolve the outstanding problems.

    If the OP isn't serious about dealing with these issues, all this will have achieved is to place a new thread to highlight this old issue once again, not something that is helpful to Spinwin.

    So far all I've seen is that it's "urgent". I've explained our reasons and position to him. That's pretty much where things stand for now.
