Cannot Log-In To Victor Chandler (VC Bet)

To anyone who can relay my message to VC Bet. I’ve been sending an e-mail to them why I can’t log in to my account and kept receiving the same reply that says they will give me the answer in 36 hours repeatedly. I tried to reach them by phone too.

Why is it so hard for them to fix my access or plainly inform me about it.
I just hope someone would really care to assist me on this. I still have a balance on it and 2 pending transactions. I don’t know the result of my last bets as I cannot log in.

I CAN SAY IS vcbet would not close or lock an acct for sufficient reasons they are 100% trustworthy in all matters financial and one of if not the best uk outfits ..they make ladbrokes looklike hobos in my opinion..lolup: i am gonna think maybe you have missed out something in your post that might be beneficial to those reading and can help you ...is this the number you have International +350 200 79063 ??

On the affiliate side I would have VC rogued.

I have an outstanding payment.

Their player tracking is a joke.

Their customer service is non existent.

I dont even waste an email on them any more.

They are only comparable with VC business in name. They are a disgrace to the companies reputation.

Other than that, as a player I found the online support very helpful

about 5 years.

Ive got people to test their tracking. Its non existent.

(they have recently changed their links, I did too and double/triple checked. The issue is not from my side)

I have nothing good to say about them.

I would assume the games are safe but personally, I feel ripped off. It cost me money to review them because I deposited to test their games out.

I really cant comment about the affiliate side of things to be honest but out of all the uk gaming sites vc has in my honest opinion the best cs in the uk by a country mile and if what you say is 100% accurate and i have no reason to disbelieve you then what a damn shame..although to be fair if you have as you said 1 outstanding payment in all these years then im guessing your not worrying about getting paid...

To be honest I find their affiliate side pretty insulting.

I decided to leave their site up as I didnt see the point in deleting the pages. Many of the search engine terms are too targeted not to have signups. I have already tested their tracking so I know the answer to that.

Yes, it is one outstanding payment but It wouldnt have been only one had the tracking been honest.

Yes, I agree. VC is a good site with a great customer service. As for the affiliate side, I decided to cut my losses and put it down to experience.

I'm not going to put players off the site as it is one of my favorites as a player but I wont be recommending them in the future for the reasons above.

If you cant log in and it is a new account, I would imagine your account is suspended though in their defence they do normally email you.

If you have an existing account and you cant log in, they may have closed your account

But i seriously dont believe they wont let you put more than £5 on a dog..infact thats just ridiculous to even suggest..vc are a multi national company who generate millions per year and yet you claim wont take a £5 dog bet?? thats sorry just laughable UNLESS they have for some and with good reason put a restriction on ur account and they would only do that with just cause...

Alexis I wouldnt compare the Online brand with the company that has built its reputation offline.

Their affiliate team appear to have 0 customer service skills.

They are completely unapproachable and uninterested.

They seem to have outsourced this department to rogues.

Personally, I would sack every last one of them for damaging the brands reputation, because its not a company with a 2 bit reputation but the affiliate team run it like one.

The player support is great, Kudo's to them.

I have not heard too many issues with the games.

I hope they eliminate the bad element before it spreads.
