But i seriously dont believe they wont let you put more than £5 on a dog..infact thats just ridiculous to even suggest..vc are a multi national company who generate millions per year and yet you claim wont take a £5 dog bet?? thats sorry just laughable UNLESS they have for some and with good reason put a restriction on ur account and they would only do that with just cause...

THEY DONT LIKE WINNERS MATEY. I will bet dogs at tracks where I get videos for and then want to have upto £2k on a dog. When I have had £400 on 3 dogs with them that both won, when I went online for my next bet it came back with a message saying the request amount is too high but we will accomdate a bet of £1.

u stated that it was £5 now its down to £1 ?? i have no reason to disbelieve u but theres no way on this earth that a company that size will reduce your max bet to £1...lol thats ludicrous to even suggest...or was it a £5 hmmmm make ya mind up eh

You really have your head in the clouds. William Hills are 10 times bigger than VC yet they will restrict your account to nothing. Ladbrokes the same, they will restrict your account to nothing. VC limit you to £1.

I have PMd you my Ladbrokes account details. It doesnt matter as the card registered is no longer valid and I wont be able to use it again.

If you click on ANY horse or dog and hover the cursor over the name of the horse, you will see how much my account can have on £0.00 Min £0.00 Maximum.

All the bookmakers do it. If you win, they restrict you to non existant amounts.

I trust that once you have verified the ladbrokes account you will post on here that what i say is the truth as you are so keen to pick up on my inaccuracies.

When i first posted here i said that i could not log in. Guess what......it now says my account is closed. I tried to reach their support but no ones seems to be there to lend a hand. Their phone numbers are but dummies. I still have about $900 left on my balance. They could have at least informed me of their plan to kick me off. There are still many bookmakers a lot better than them so it wouldn't make me kneel down on my knees. But the thing is, i just need them to inform me WHY. That easy yet too hard for them to do.

Theirs is one hell of a support team!!!!

VC Free Bet Changed! Wednesday Aug 6 2008

The free bet for VC sportsbook and racing has changed from 100GBP to 50GBP. This change was a result from player requests.

Im wondering why players would request less. If they want to change their bonus, fine. If they want to tell me players wanted less, puzzling.

In addition. I have sent 4 emails to VC this year.
Each took 3 weeks to read.
Each was asking very specific questions.
Each was ignored.

In about 5 years I have sent in total about 10 emails. Not one was answered.
Of those, probably 9 of them could have been answered in one line.
It was information I required but could not find an answer.
One I went into more detail & took the time to construct the email. It was ignored

In total I have about 60 pages of unprinted content. I felt I put in enough time to warrant a one line answer. Obviously not.

If any player decides to sign up through one of my VC links, you are on your own. The are completely uninterested. I would certainly contact them on your issue and possibly your great grandkids will get an answer.

As soon as I see that line, I know that the new terms will be disadvantageous to me.

last time i saw a "at player request" bonus being lowered it was for the simple reason that the higher amount was harder to get and lowering the deposit bonus was much more gettable if u know im presuming thats why vcbet have done this at player request"...just an opinion ...

It's possible, but im guessing unlikely. Sportsbooks like VC usually offer free introductory bets, its usually a matching bet bonus. I would take the $100 matching bet over a $50 any day of the week.

I only noticed the statement because I thought it was laughable, not because it was untrue. I would have left the "on players request" point out, there was no need for it. It was their marketing team who printed that. I was left wondering if they employ staff online or just outsource it to chancers.

I am also from the UK so I know how big a company VC is. Their online approach is a joke and reflects poorly on their brand.
