Why would you do that Enzo? Fleur had us all worried for her own safety with her last huge loss to 3Dice.
I have nothing against you giving bonuses to players, but when that bonus is lost and they AGAIN deposit to see they will only lose more there. Then IMHO it's just bait!!!

I am saying this because I truly, truly care about fleur and all the other players here. I have NOTHING to benefit from this post except saving someone from possibly killing themselves because they went so far into debt at your casino they could not live with what they did.

Fleurs post here was a cry for help IMO, she was so down she sounded like she really was ready to "off herself" SO YOU gave her a bonus.. and she fell for your bonus bait once again. Enough is Enough.

Alas... I do not know what I want to do more - to kill Enzo or to kill myself 4 deposits, totalling of EUR1700 gone in about an hour. Here are the stats I requested and received:

Game In Out Bets Average Bets Percentage
    Poker_new 471€ 417€ 269 1.75€ 88.61%
    FortuneFalls 3123€ 1769€ 811 3.85€ 56.66%
    BlackJack_Classic 1173€ 849€ 81 14.48€ 72.38%

    It just hurts so bad....
It isnt enzo' fault if you lose - I have lost on here also - but trust me there are times when i have won a lot i took $10 up to 1900 but by playing small money and then raising the stake as I won. There are also times I have won more in cash tourneys than i have deposited. Raising bets only asks for trouble if you are not 'hitting' that day. Start small - build up.

Enzo and his staff have been more than good to all members - giving bonuses when people have lost - what other casino does that - the support is fantastic and there is no online casino which invests as much in its members as 3Dice so please leave it alone - dont try to tarnish a good casino cos you had bad luck - we all get bad days - you cant win all the time

All I have to say is WELL DONE ENZO AND CREW FOR BEST ONLINE CASINO

    OMG!

I dont know what to say about all this. But 1 thing is totally clear for me:

Enzo needs to do as most other casino reps if hes not gonna get hit like a pinata all the time. HIDE in the back and dont let anyone see him.
3Dice is out here...and they get all the crap. Most casinos wouldnt even answer when you whine...

No one tells you what to depo..how much and theres nothing that says that you will win. Sometimes you are having bad luck and thats all it is. Get over it or stop playing your money.

I did have a really bad time to...so im having a few weeks with no playing. To play more and more when you allready are pissed about all losing isent a good idea.

    My 2 cents!

    (((HUGS))) Trollet

Wink looking for a nice guy to blame

i don't post much on this site, but i feel the need after reading the garbage just posted. You can call it defending enzo or the casino if it helps you sllep at night, all i know is i am treated with total respect and love by everyone connected with the 3dice staff. My grandmother once told me never play with what you can't afford to lose.....and she was right on the money. If i whine about what position the online gambling industry has done to me then i think i should walk my fingers over to the www. site for problem gamblers.....not blame someone else. There are many people who can gamble responsibly and if you are not one then stay away from temptation, don't put it on the casino, the staff or the odds.....that's why it's called gambling, ya win some....ya lose some.

    A sense of perspective......

...this is just my opinion, shout me down if you wish. I could go into more detail but I won't.

As a gambler, compulsive or otherwise, it is an individual’s responsibility to ensure that they are in control of what they are doing. Just because someone is addicted doesn’t mean that they lose their responsibility. It means it becomes harder, something seemingly impossible. But let me put this spin on it. If someone can post on here, they can contact Gamblers Anonymous or the like. They can speak to their husband. They can seek additional help BUT (and this is the big one) ONLY if they truly want to. This is NOT about feeling unsympathetic, non empathic etc. It is about the reality of life.

As a casino manager or a pub / bar landlord etc, I believe there is a responsibility to ensure that where an individual shows signs of distress, they need to take the appropriate action. They are not the guardians of how we choose to spend our money. Candidly, that is not there problem. It only becomes a problem if they are directly involved in something that they know is starting to cause someone harm - emotional or otherwise.

I understand the cries for help and I will be criticised for saying this. Fleur posting on the forum in this way is, in my opinion, a form of attention seeking verification. I don't mean that in negative way. The soothing 'sympathetic' comments act as a 'drug' which will probably result in a calming down and then more deposits somewhere else in the hours / days to come. At the risk of repeating myself, if she really, truly wants to do something about this habit she will.

I speak from the heart and wish her all the very best. Trust me, anything is truly possible if you really want it to happen….and work on it. Small steps at a time and you will get there.

    J

Yes Zenetia.. we have all been there won that. I suggest you read Fleurs first post before you assume anything.
If a player is crying out for help because they are just about ready to kill themselves over losing so much money.. You bait them with more bonuses and get them to deposit again??!!!
Well that puts a whole new meaning to "Great Customer Service" Yes.. Well done to enzo and his crew for pushing someone who is very close to the edge right on over it.

We have all been there where you are right now Zenetia. .. unfortunately you will have to learn for yourself like the rest of us did. But I will not have you Dis me for trying to help out a friend and forum member.

I know you all want to defend 3dice and tell Fleur about her gambling problem ... IMO it is bait. It's like giving a recovering alcoholic a beer.. sometimes it's too good to resist. AND you guys should know that those freebies ARE too good to resist.. Which sucks her right back in!! IMO it's morally wrong.
    my two cents.

Sorry guys, are you really aware of the risks of gambling???
If one has personal problems shouldn't gamble in the first place! Before starting blaming casinos for no reason at all, you better try to find the reason that makes YOU gamble. Be honest to yourself and stop moaning. NO ONE FORCES YOU TO DEPOSIT with any casino!
Just be fair! I don't think that 3dice is gonna break down if you don't deposit with them. And no one that likes 3dice will stop depositing with them, because you complain. So what is this all about?

There are 4 casinos I like and these are the only ones I am depositing with (Bodog, Lasseters/AusVegas, 3dice and Villa Fortuna). I had at least 40 accounts with different casinos (but closed them all). They are all the same. Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win. I am always happy to break even. I pay for my entertainment. I don't pay for my winning. What is so difficult to accept and understand? If you can spend time on gambling then spend some time on thinking sensible too!

If you do care about fleur and the other ones that complain then make them stop depositing and help them get back to real life! Posting here doesn't help them in any way. It only makes you feel better, because you need to vent. Wrong opportunity, wrong place .

Have a nice day and stop gambling if you can't take the loss !

Can I ask a question? Do you wish the thread to stop because you are not reading what you want to hear? I don't mean this is a negative way. Some of the thread contains relevant information that could potentially help other people, if not yourself.

The forum exists to bring people together from all walks of life, everyone with different opinions, views. To allow free speech in an open and productive way (baring obvious unacceptable abuse). What grounds should it be closed on? If you don't want to contribute, don't. Let it run its course and use all this emotional energy to positively look after yourself. More importantly, perhaps consider why the thread is where it is right now.

With this and my previous post, I am bound to be Mr Bad Guy but sometimes you have to be honest.

    J
