32red poker software - a joke?

Decided to give 32 red poker a try today after reading all the good reviews the group have here. But what can i say?

When i play poker all i want is a piece og simple and good software, the complete opposite of what 32red poker has to offer. One of the most annoying functions in a poker site i know must be the ones that makes the tables pop up when its your turn to act. As it is very annoying when you are about to fold a 2 7 that the other table you play at suddenly pops up so you fold the AK instead. Not talk about how disturbing it is in general.

I expect no software to have this on by default, but at 32red they do, and when i contact support( a guy who says he dont know what poker is) he tells me its not only by default but also impossible to turn off. Another thing that is pretty annoying at the ads for all kinds of tourneys that also pops up right in your eye. Thankfully its possible to turn those ads off.

So to be completely honest i do advise everyone that wants a nice and quiet session of poker to steer clear of 32red!

Steve, 32reds player support manager checked this with their software provider, and gave me instructions on how to turn the pop-up feature off. I guess the live chat guy i talked to must have had a bad day at work. Steve also gave me a good compensation so i could give the software another shot without the stressing pop-up feature.

One cant complain about such good support by Steve, and i do see why 32red are one of the most recommended groups here!
