Exclamation Poker 888 account disabled, no cashout !

Hello, i am new to this forum so i hope this is the section form mai thread.

My problem is that i had opened an acounnt at Poker 888, and imediatly made a deposit of 30$. Before of the deposit an Live suport girl from 888 told me if i deposit i get an 8$ bonus, so i said ok and made the deposit afther that the girl from suport said it`s ok and i got my 30$ that i deposited and 8$ bonus. All good since here.

Afther a few hours i playd cash games, found a big fish and won about 250$.
So i said, let`s cashout some money, so from the 288$ in my acounnt i cashed out 270$. My cashout apeared in the cashout section waiting to be validated.

Went to slee, when i woke up ? Guess what ? My acounnt "temporally disabled".
No reason why, said i will recive a mail, wich i never recived, so imediatlly send them a mail asking why my acounnt is disabled. Wich i got no answer, only the decision is final.

Sent them another mail if they need some papers or somthing, same answer, threat them with eCogra, and then they wrote me that, my money from my visa card was never takken so i am not entitled to any money won on poker 888 and to restrain from opening other acounnts. And if i want to file a complaing if i think this is what i want to do.

Wrote them again and again and they said the same thing and they said to verifiy my card acounnt details. So i went to the bank printed them my card deposits, so there it is 30$ to eCogra blocked, sent to them waiting for them to collect it. So i sent them the print in mail, and they don't answer me anymore. This thing is going on for 2 weeks, with no answer why my acounnt is disabled.

What should i do ? Should i file a complain somewhere ? Please give me an advice or point me in the right direction.

Please note that 888 is in "Trial By Fire", the trial period before Accreditation: Baptism by Fire!! 888.com!! (sorry - no US).

You'll see that the representative listed is Rachel888. That would be your first point of contact.

If that doesn't work out then the Pitch-A-Bitch process is your next step: start with the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

Please read ALL of the PAB FAQ because it is important for you to know what to expect from the process and what we expect from you before, during and after we pursue the issue on your behalf.

    Regards,

In my previous post you'll find links to the Pitch-A-Bitch process (the blue indicates a clickable link). You'll also see them in my signature. For the sake of completeness here they are again:

    - the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ: here. Please read it all, it matters.

    - the Pitch-A-Bitch form: here.

Should you go to eCOGRA first? Certainly if you wish to that isn't a bad idea. Their process begins here.

On the other hand since 888 in the "Baptism" process I think we would probably by happy to accept your Pitch-A-Bitch. The best thing would be to send Bryan -- Casinomeister's owner and webmaster -- a Private Message (PM) and ask him what would be best. Click here to PM Bryan.

    Hi lucian

I was just wondering how your PAB went. I am having problems with 888 so I just wanted to see how your case went.

As far as I can tell, lucian.suciu did not read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ as requested. There are errors in the Pitch-A-Bitch they submitted which will have to be corrected before I can proceed with the PAB.

In particular the OP did not provide a valid 'contact' email address as specified MANY times throughout the PAB FAQ and the PAB submission form:

    Q. What do I need before I fill out the PAB form? (proper Email addresses)

    A. All of our PAB communications are carried out via email so that we have a permanent record of what's happening. These records are an invaluable resource for reference and future issues. So, the first thing you need is a reliable email address.

Using email addresses from Yahoo, AOL or Hotmail is not acceptable: these services often discard casino-related emails, the result being that you may or may not receive emails we send you. These deletions are random, unpredictably intermittent, and have been going on for years.

The issue with these services -- Yahoo, AOL and Hotmail -- is that they are blocking and/or discarding our emails addressed to you. This isn't something you have any control over. It's done on their mail servers long before the emails ever make it to your inbox. In other words tweaking your spam filters or whitelists will have no effect on the problem because the deletions happen long before these are ever invoked.

So, don't waste our time by using Yahoo, AOL, ATT.net or Hotmail addresses: get a more reliable email address. GMail seems to work nicely.
How many times does this have to be said? Billions and billions it would seem.

This could ALSO cause problems when players are trying to resolve issues with the casino/poker site, or pass verification requirements. An inbound request for documents could just as easily be blocked as a reply from Max.

Gmail is free, just like the others, and anyone with internet access can get a web based Gmail account, and use it for gambling contacts to get around the problems with the other suppliers.

Just like some casino/poker operators, the likes of Yahoo know of this issue, but they just don't give a damn because the MAJORITY of their users are not inconvenienced. It happens because Yahoo & Co like to "nanny us", rather than give us access to tools that would allow us to configure accounts to let through such emails from specific named sources.

I have a sneaking suspicion that even Google has this problem, but not to the same extent. I sometimes fail to receive offers from casinos, not even in the spam folder, yet I am eligible when I check the cashier, and find them waiting for me. I have also had casinos ask me why I didn't take up a special offer they sent me, and I tell them I never saw it - not even in the spam trap.
