they just msged me guys this is what i got

    Dear chau ,

    Thank you for your inquiry.
We apologize for the wait before we got back to your numerous inquiries.
Rest assured we will resolve this issue in the most timely manner for
    you to continue playing.

What we're going to do is forward your case to our payment managers,
where they will void the check in question and reprocess the funds as
real money chips back to your player account. From that point, we
recommend that you cashout using either Moneybookers or Click2Pay.
E-Wallets are a more efficient and speedy method in receiving your
    cashouts and deposits.

Please stand by for our check voiding confirmation; this may take a
number of days to void, so we will ask for your patience. Again, we
reiterate that your case will be resolve and your funds recovered.

    Kind regards,
Gwen from the Customer Care Team

just like that i bet they will take at least 1 month to be ready its just ricdalous no reimbursement or nothing just sorry that it???

Glad to hear they paid you but it certainly doesn't sound fair that they've stuck you with he bounce fee and nothing to compensate for it.

You might want to consider our Pitch-A-Bitch service as a means to reclaim that bounce fee. See the new Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ for info on how it works, what you need to do, etc.

Not sure if aznxchau has PAB'ed yet, but before doing that how about contacting the Customer Care Team about the check bounce fee (can you get a receipt from Moneymart showing this fee?) or the Everest rep here ?
