Sending a PM: in any one of my posts you'll see my avatar in the upper left (the Frankenstein guy). Beside that is my user name. Click on my user name and you'll get a pop-up context menu. One of the items on that menu is "Send a private message to maxd". Select that and you'll be sent directly to the PM edit page. It should be pretty obvious from there.

No. I'll let you know when I hear something, but please keep in mind that the Ombudsman does state that it will take some time for them to process these issues.
Upgraded to "In Progress" based on the fact that the casino has responded and asked for further info from the player.

Ok, quick update:
I have heard back from the Ombudsman. They apologize for the delay -- apparently some information given was in error -- and assure me that they have their "best man on the job" and will report back "once we receive word from that investigation". Fair enough, thanks to them for that, and let's hope for the best.

Ok, I've heard back from the Ombudsman. They don't say much but they do say that your account was closed about six months ago due to collusion.
Is this true? Note that I'm not asking "did you collude?", I'm asking "is that the reason they gave?".
