Well, I see that they've posted this at the Ombudsman page:

Due to the holiday season all inquiries to the Ongame Network Ombudsman as of December 22 will be handled in the new year.
My guess is that we're better of waiting until Wednesday the 2nd before sending them anything. If we do it today it'll just get stuck in their Xmas backlog and we'll have that much longer to wait.

Ok, just heard back from the Ombudsman crew. Cutting to the chase here's what they said:

...once the nick of "rubberducked" account is known to us the complaint will be forwarded to the centralized Ongame Network fraud unit for further investigation.
I presume they want your account name at CnR. If you could send that to me via PM I'll forward it to them and ... I guess we go to the next step, whatever that might be.
