Have you heard anything back? I assume you've been in touch with Brandon at Chan to see if anything could be done, yes?
I haven't heard anything, still trying to get in touch with someone at CnR.

Pokeraddict, we acquired the players via OnGame, so no we did acquire their liabilities. I will however do anything I can to assist, as I am in the process of tracking down contact information at CnR for Max. Brandon

No problem 'Ducked, good question. Bryan, the main 'meister here, does employ me to handle the Complaints and PABs (Pitch-A-Bitch). I'm pretty new here so I can't speak for anyone or anything else.

How could the player have avoided these problems? Did the player do something wrong, or is this a "snowball effect" from changes within the industry with one skin being taken over by another, or lack of clarity between different skins as to what the underlying poker network is. I get the impression that is it like the Microgaming tournaments, you create one multiplayer tournament "account", and then use this at any MG casino offering the tournaments. Clearly, I would know that if a new MG casino joins in, I should use my existing account. But, what about Cryptologic? This is completely different. What if there is an equivalent problem with poker, and an "MG" player sees the poker equivalent of the "Cryptologic" interface and registers there, but behind the scenes it all turns out to be still Prima (or similar), and the software difference fools the player into thinking they are playing in two completely different poker networks, and thus sets up two distinct personas - one for each network. If there is this confusion, the player actually ends up with two "accounts" on the SAME poker network, and gets problems as a result. I can see another problem. One network or skin being moved to another network, one which the player already has an account. This again creates two accounts for the same player, inevitable if the change is not properly managed. It's bad enough having these issues around cheating (Absolute), Bots, Collusion etc, and now we have to worry about "reputable" poker sites behaving like rogue casinos. How is the industry going to convince someone like me that I am just as safe playing online poker as I am with using only reputable casinos, and avoiding obvious rogue sites.

hey vinyl, yes as i say about 6 months ago i was looking to play poker online full time ,i didnt have any informaton about which sites were any good so i just started by downloading about a dozen or so sites and playing a few games on each to see if i liked them. i (as you know) i downloaded all 3 of these sites and set up accounts without knowing that i had in fact already broken the terms and conditions of these sites without actually playing a single game.why is it then even possible to set up 3 accounts from the SAME email addy, surely this is something that should not be allowed in the first place? surely they should be blocking me from opening another account on the same skin.to let somebody open 3 accounts and then to tell me i have broken the terms and conditions is just mindboggling
