    bet365 locked my account

I have an account with bet365 from 2 years.
I played in bookmakers, casino and poker room for 2 years without problem.
But I played in bet365 poker in october when it was again primapoker,I deposited 160$,played in multiplayer room 2-4$,and I won 1800$.
    My balance was 2000$
Primepoker has locked my account because i done jumping chips, after bet365 has locked my bookmakers account and casino account,I lost my deposit and my winnings.
I speak more times with bet365 support to phone, the operator was gentlem and he told me that did not understand this situation. He want reopen my account and pay me but primapoker no.
Now bet365poker is not more primapoker, because is playtech.
I lost my money and my bet365 account.
Someone may help me to have my money?
    thank you

    I am not sure that I fully understand but here goes;

You had accounts with Bet 365 where the poker room is powered by Prima and the casino by Playtech. You did some chip dumping and your accounts were locked for both the casino and poker room. You are now arguing that since Bet 365's poker room is now powered by Playtech instead of Prima, you should be getting your funds back since it was only Prima's intention to lock your account in the first place.

If what I am saying is the correct version of events you should not have any claim to the money because chip dumping is not allowed in poker rooms and the confiscation is valid.

If I have misinterpreted anything kindly correct me.

I didnot chips jumping because I did know the players.
I was very lucky,a poker vs full
I played for more time in a multiplayer table with player of all city, the limit the table was 2-4$.

Why i did not play in a one to one table with 5-10$ and without limit?

Prima poker is rouge!infact Bet365 has change, now it is playetech.

Prima poker cannot confiscate 2000$ it is fraud, the same operator of bet365 was afraid for this situation.

After 2 days of my problem primapoker was not the poker room of bet365.

I think that if bet365 dont switch to playetech, primapoker paid me.

    Is there the problem!

I lost my deposit of 160$,my winnings of 1900$.And the players of my table losted about 2400$ because i played for more time.

I did not use any bonus,I have an account from 2 years with bet365,I was always a regualar player,I lost always in bet365casino,in bookmakers and in poker more of 2000$.

One time I won, primapoker locked my account adn left BET365.

The process of intentionally losing a lot of money (chips) to another account, while trying to disguise it as bad luck.

There are two scenarios that come to mind where chip-dumping would be used:

    1) The recent shenanigans at Absolute Poker. A few player accounts had the ability to see other players' hole cards, therefore, they could never lose. As a result, they amassed a LOT of money. Then, they would go and "lose" that money to other accounts (related accounts) so that the money could then be withdrawn and appear like nothing was wrong.

    2) A player steals a credit card, opens up an account under the cardholder's name, and deposits a lot of money with it. Then they play and "lose" a lot of money to their normal account, and withdraw the money.

I'm sure there are other reasons as well... but it's people who engage in things like this that make the online scene appear shady.

Microgaming poker has a very good monitoring and management system!
This system has caught a lot of Chinese players with multi-accounts.

    ....
Ist I wish to thank everybody for the explanations on 'chip dumping'.

Locking accts for 'chip dumping' in my opinion is fraud, its just an excuse for these casinos to confiscate funds as its impossible to 100% verify that all the accts belongs to the same person unless all these accts have the same IP and mac address and if they do, this itself have contravene the rules and regulations.

Locking accounts for chip dumping is definitely not fraud. However, the poker room must prvoide evidence of chip dumping and not make wild and irrational guesses. The burden of proof must be on the operator and not the players. However, if there is substantial proof as in the Absolute Poker case, then the player will have to put forward his counter arguments as to why he acted in such and such a way. AlohaHawaii, casinos/poker rooms have to protect themselves against these activities. You may well argue that there is no loss to the poker rooms but if this is true, the authorities that be will have more say in banning online poker as they could be tantamount to money laundering in extreme cases.

It looks like the bet365 and Prima reps check in every once in a while. I'll alert them to this thread, hopefully that will get the ball rolling.
