As I explained to you, the person investigating this for you is on holiday over the Christmas and New Year period. I believe they have also been speaking with someone over at Microgaming, who are away over this time. Again, I can only ask that you are patient and bear with us as your situation is quite complicated and unfortunately this is a busy time with staff holidays - I have only come back into the office today. this is the answer:your account and the funds in it at that time were frozen, as per our terms and conditions.
We are happy to review the situation after 6 months, so I would suggest you contacted us again after this time has passed. If you believe you have further evidence to dispute the investigations’ findings, I would recommend you contacted IBAS. After 4 month i receved this answer. Now i must wait 6 months to contact again bet365. It is comic! I deposited 160$ and won my winning of 2000$,bet365 fraud me because i always lose in this casino and the only times that I won,they fraud me. Ok now i go in all italian forum,in italian television to speak of this bud story of bet365. And I'll write my history in all italian paper,because bet365 has fraud my deposit and my winnings. |

It is unfortunate that you only chose to post part of my response to you which was sent several weeks ago. The full paragraph read: "Separate investigations by the Microgaming and bet365 fraud teams concluded that your play at the table was consistent with chip dumping. The explanations provided by yourself and the other player at the table did not support the findings of both of these independent investigations. As a result of this fraudulent play, your account and the funds in it at that time were frozen, as per our terms and conditions." In situations such as this, our policy is to freeze the account for a 6 month period to cover any later fraud relating to any deposit(s). This is why I recommended you contacted us when 6 months has passed after your account being frozen, not from when you received my PM. As I explained to you, if you believe you have evidence to support your claim that the other person at the table was not known to you and your play was genuine, then you can take this up with IBAS, whose details I have provided to you. If you would like me to send you these details again please let me know. Regards, Kate |

Since Maggiosa only selected part of the replies that suited him, this does not lend any credence to his case. I am quite a bit infuriated at his threats. I wouldnt budge if I were the casino.

I knew we weren't getting the whole story
![]() Why do people think they can come here and pull a fast one by telling half-truths? Maybe the outcome would have been in their favor down the road by telling the whole story, but all chances of that are ruined now. This is almost a nomination for the Evil Player award, for them trying to extort the casino (poker room in this case).
