PAB - is it trustworthy - do you work on it?

I filed a PAB in the summer and initially I got some communication with Max. But after some months it just went dead and when I required some info on the progress I didn´t get any answer. Now I´m thinking... Was my PAB not importent enough to work with, was there anything I didn´t get to know about or is the PAB system just a service that became to difficult and heavy to handle so just let it die out..!?

Just having a look at http://www.casinomeister.com/pitchabitch/index.php shows that there haven´t been any update since June (latest is "Mid-Year Summary 2011") and now we are almost ready for Santa...

If I would be new to the forum today and had a complaint I would seriously consider the danger in submitting all my details to an anknown website that hasn´t updated their progress with ongoing PAB matters since the summer!

If you (Casinomeister & Co.) is serious about offering the PAB service to your members, you should handle this better - both the communication with the users on the forum and the updates on the website. I assume the PAB is still a working system or...?

PM (private message)maxd and ask. Click this link http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/members/maxd.html Perhaps your email did not reach him. Or he sent you one you never got.

maxd works hard at handling the PABs, but if there was some communication lapse, it may have been listed as abandonned. The PAB service is very much active, and Casinomeister is hardly unknown... it's been in business since 1999 and is respected by players and casinos alike.

I have no idea which complaint is yours in the listings. Usually if it's a case of the casino won't respond, there's not much more that he can do than post a warning.

Wish you the best of luck.

    @ashar1

We went back and forth with you and the casino on this. Max finally emailed you between 11 August and the 22nd, but you never responded. Check your in-box.

Your thread would have been better handled as a PM. You could have politely asked for an update, but it seems you're looking for a public ho-down.

Since it's a weekend, I'd wait until Monday if you want a thorough response.

As for the updates, we do them in chunks, several months at a time. Again, if you had any questions about your PAB, you could have given us the courtesy to ask via PM or email.

As Bryan said, you could have PM'd or emailed us and you would have been up to speed in less than a day on the status of your PAB. Whatever, I'll dig up your details on Monday and get back to you.

That said, some of your criticism is to the point and well said: the PAB monthly reports should come out more regularly -- as it happens I'm working on them now -- and the failure for that lies pretty squarely on my shoulders. Those reports are very time-consuming and not much fun to do so ... well, I'll bet no one needs to hear my excuses so I'll just take the critique on board and see what I can do to improve things.

I will say this though: PABs do not belong on the forums. The whole process would screech to a grinding halt if the casino people knew that we were going to debate PAB issues in public. Privacy is pretty much the backbone of the PAB system and if you remove that you're talking about a whole different kind of process. I hope it's obvious that that is a different discussion entirely.

And finally I have to ask: what about your experience with the PAB process makes you ask whether it is "trustworthy"? Are you just saying we could have been more communicative or are you actually calling the integrity of the PAB system into question?

If it's the latter then I suggest you look at those PAB monthly (and past mid-year and annual) reports again. When you do you'll see that we handle hundreds of these cases a year and judging from the steady flow of "thank you" messages we get I'd say a lot of folks are fairly happy we do what we do with the PABs. Not "trustworthy"? I'm really struggling to understand where that, specifically, is coming from.

I'm far from a newbie on these forums (don't let my join date put you off here, I'm a master at lurking), and whilst I've never needed to use the PAB system myself, I've read a literal TON of threads from both sides of the PAB argument, and I'm confident that should I ever need to use the service that it would be handled in a professional manner, as well as in a timely manner.

I'm far from a shill for Casinomiester, and I do agree reports should be more regular, but I believe that Max and CM provide a great service for members, and thats why I check this forum hourly :P

I find it very curious that the OP left the site 2 minutes after posting this thread and hasn't been back since. I'm beginning to think Bryan may have had the right of it:
    ... it seems you're looking for a public ho-down.
Nevertheless looking into the case now. We'll see what we see ...

Ok, so the OP started his issue with iNetBet here: Inetbet 10% deposit bonus - max cashout?.

A couple of weeks later we receive the PAB. So far no problems: I confirmed that I'd received the PAB and forwarded it to our contact at iNetBet.

iNetBet responds the same day: the OP apparently thought they had one kind of bonus (10% DB, no max WD) but apparently had received another ($30 free chip, 10x Max WD). Yet the OP took the 10x Max WD and said nothing about it for two months. At that point they came to us with the PAB saying that there should have been no Max WD because they should have received the 10% DB instead of the $30 free chip.

I pressed for an explanation from the OP -- why take the Max WD then come back months later saying "no, there should be no Max" -- and received ... nada. Two requests were sent, nothing back. After a month of no contact I closed the issue.

So to be clear: I received nothing from the OP in reply to my request for an explanation and nothing thereafter, nor since for that matter.

At this point I'd have to say the "is it trustworthy?" question is more appropriately asked of the OP given the facts as they currently stand.

Ok, now back to those monthly reports.

Max´s response above is exactly why I wrote this thread with this subject. I never recieved any notification that the case was closed and I didn´t get any answer on my last 2 emails and from what I read now it looks like that my reply never was forwarded to the Casino and the proof I had in my case never considered (sent by email to Max).

A few days between August 22-26 I did have som problems with my email and at this point I sent a PM to Max notifying him to use a second email if he needed to contact me in this matter. On the other hand - this was after you closed the case so you should have reacted on that...

I had email correspondence with Max on 3 occasions; August 1st, 2nd and 10th. After that I sent an email asking the status on September 1st and another on October 30th, neither was answered.

It might be so that all of this is related to emails not reaching the recipient (witch shows how vulnerable the PAB system is when the cases are handled through email), but it is unlikely that it happends in both directions and several times...

I will now forward all of the previous emails to Max again to let him have his saying.

Y'know - don't bother with it. I'm not letting Max waste his time with this.

You're complaining about really nothing - it's a complaint of a bonus - whether it was there or not. It's a relatively frivolous complaint, and Max has other more important things to deal with - like the monthly updates. Please continue your complaint here:

And your attitude is exactly why your PAB got trashed.

You should have sent us a PM wondering what was up. We're here just about every day of the week and could have easily given you an update on your complaint.
