Ok, good luck. I had trouble two -three weeks ago with a casino where they kept insisting the money was sent but it never arrived. I remained persistent and even had to send a copy of my bank statement to prove it hadn't arrived. After a long while the casino finally acknowledged that there was a "problem with their processor" and then they reissued the payment which did arrive.
Be aware there have been major difficulties with some casinos and their processors since April 15th. But the good ones always sort it out eventually.
Going forward -- now that you are a smart
CM member, stick with the accredited casinos for your gaming experience. Takes a lot of the worry out of it.
