Here is an explanation from myBet side: There is a wide range of incidents that may fall under the definition of “abusive behavior”, here are some of the most common: multiple accounts, registration from a blocked territory, stolen credit card or abuse of any alternative payment methods, bonus abuse, affiliate fraud, collusion etc. An automatic verification of new account registrations is performed within the system; this is first level verification. The system may block a new account upon registration based on the initial data available. The second level verification is performed on the first withdrawal where players are asked to fully verify their accounts (send copy if ID, address verification & payment verification). Should at the second level any of the “abusive behavior” be identified, the appropriate measures will be taken. This can include canceling the deposit(s), winnings, bonus money and/or blocking accounts and/or IP-address.
