Something that I don't like about Club Gold is that buried in their T&Cs is a term that if you take their SUB and meet the wagering, you're only allowed to cash out 10x your deposit or $5000 (whichever is lower)

Also, I was told that their slots only count 50% towards wagering.

I opened an account but have yet to deposit, I'm not sure that I ever will because those two things seem weird to me. The first one especially since you are allowed to play progressive games with the SUB. But if you happen to win, you're tied to a max cashout and they get to keep the rest of the progressive pool.

On the flip side, their support is good and friendly and all that - and maybe if you play without bonuses they'd be ok....but there are other playtechs that are better IMO.

10X max cashout on the bonus is good compared to some RTGs that only have 5X max cashout. Plus CW gives a monthly managers bonus if you lose the previous month(have no withdrawals). Plus they have a bonus on every deposit with (in my case) a 20X playthrough while some RTGS have higher playthough percentage. Plus, they pay relative fast when given some RTG's take weeks. Support is good and payout is good compared to other groups.

Their slots count 100% toward playthrough including progressives.( I am talking real series, regular slots and keno) You can verify this by claiming a bonus and then checking the coupon details before you deposit.

I only play slots. Not black jack, table or video poker.

So, take a chance and try them.

I received spam from them today. It says:

You have received this email because you have a Club Gold Casino account.
Well no. No I don't. I have never heard of this casino before I received this spam.

    So yeah, they are spammers.

I have recieved some exceptional offers in my mail today. If I deposit $50 they will give me a free $100 with no wagering requirements. I see there has been a tonne of negativity about them but I do see a few people saying they are okay. lol the offer seems to be so good, I might just risk $50...but I really dont know yet.

What's so special about you? I was only offered a $50 without wagering requirements

Honestly I believe they are really trying to trick people to deposit. I would never do it for two reasons.
The first one is that I have double wagering on bonuses, and the second is that any casino sending me 15-20 emails a week is just too much for me

Thanks Jennifer for reminding me about them. Off I go to close my account again

Yes I do admit the constant emails is a bit over the line.

I emailed the manager there (Dino) and asked him to send me ALL and ANY terms or conditions. I told him I do not want to be tricked and if there is trickery he just lost a potential customer.

So I might deposit $50 MIGHT. And if I do, Ill report how things went if I actually make a cash out.

I had the 100 free without wagering email today, for a deposit of 50. The only limitation seems to be that it's not withdrawable, but there isn't any wagering needed.

FWIW, I've had several withdrawals from Club Gold, and a couple on their free chips Thursdays as well.

They have always been processed nice and fast to moneybookers, and I have never had any issues with them. My only bugbear is the playthroughs on bonuses - but you can see the thread I posted last time with my CS chat, here: http://www.casinomeister.com/forums/...ythroughs.html

The support there is absolutely amazing. I signed up there, deposited the $50 and they gave me the free $100 to gamble with. I lost it and they felt bad I guess at my terrible run. So they gave me another $50 and said if I want, i can cash it out. I didnt I thought its just 50 bux have some fun. Lost it again. They gave me another $20 in bonuses. All of these no wagering requirements and cash out if I please.

Lost that $20, they gave me ANOTHER $20.

I was betting on roulette I ran the bankroll up over $100..so I started betting black and I believe it was 15 times in a row it landed on red. Ive never seen that before in my life. So I asked them what the odds were and I couldnt believe it. They were pretty shocked by my bad luck so they gave me another $50 with no wagering requirements.

So this much I can say, their support seems unbelievably amazing. A+.

I cant speak about their cashouts because I obviously never made one.

Hmmm interesting. I've been wanting to try Club Gold myself for awhile. Just because I liked their bonuses (well not the terms) just the bonuses.

Oh well, if they offer me a $100 bonus, no wagering - I will definately give them a go

The customer support there is unreal. They are extremely polite, kind and professional. I know their first deposit bonus is 55x (400%) and their reload bonus is 30x (100%). 55x is just way too much for me but maybe some people like the game play they would get for little risk to their own money? Im not sure.

I got an email from their manager today saying they appreciated the kind words I said and still felt bad about my bad luck. He offered me my $50 back and said go ahead and cash it out if you want. I went on their live support to say thanks and they gave me a $10 bonus to play with right now..I said I would just save the $50 for a rainy day on their casino and thanks for the free $10.

Absolutelty amazing experience for not winning anything.

But the main reason I actually quoted your post, I was wondering did you actually give it a try and if so, did you hit on anything?

    gl!
