    Probation: Tropica Casino?

    Hi everyone,

    Need your help please.

As you know, white labels have been put into the Casinomeister (CM) Rogue Pit. We have been trying to get onto the CM Probation list so that we may prove ourselves as been a reputable outfit, however not getting any replies to private messages that we have sent.

Do any of you have any ideas or advice on what to do next? We want a chance to show that we are a operation : )

    All the best,
    Tropica Casino

Your actions will speak louder than your words here.

Go forth and do good works and in time they will be recognized. Until then, if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck......it's a duck. As I understand it, all RWLs operate under the same umbrella. Unless you can change any of that, you will always be labeled as such. Right now your post, at least to me, is not much better than a Virtual Casino rep coming in here and begging for the same grace....

    Persona non grata

    Thank you Takethemoney,

We certainly have spent the past 26 months working hard on our business and trying our absolute best to keep players and affiliates satisfied. While it is impossible to please everyone when it comes to money, we pride ourselves on been fair and always trying to do what is right.

Regrettably, been on any "Rogue" list affects our sign-ups and ability to really perform. By been put on probation, we would at least have the chance to prove whether we actually belong in the Rogue Pit or not and not simply banished there for doing nothing wrong

We will keep doing good work and hopefully our efforts will pay off as you said.

Thanks again for taking the time to write

Slotocash has recently made an exit from Rival and Vegas Regal just isnt the same as previosly as is Box24. So there is a need for a casino to fill the vacuum and if Tropica performs well it could be a top Rival in the making. One of the greatest concerns when playing at Rivals is the withdrawal time. 5 business days is plain ridiculous for non-USA players so if you can guarantee payment within 48 hours it should be a good start. Get rid of the free chips except for those loyal players as by now most players should be acquainted with the software and there is no need to test it risk-free. As long as you handle complaints timely and responsibly you should be able to carve out a good name for yourself.

Come to London in January and meet the CasinoMeister face-to-face!

The problem is though, that it is known that ultimately it is Rival who pull the strings with all White Labels. I agree that many of these WLs are top rate and have done nothing (or very little) wrong over the years, but there are also many where Rival have been "playing fun & games" with players - in particular in regards to slow cash-outs and player exclusions.
Even affiliates are effected by this; I am owed money going back up to a year by 3 or 4 WLs who have gone bad - I can't contact the affiliate people (they ignore all e-mails) and I can't contact Rival. It's a very poor situation IMO.

So if you or any other White Labels want to get out of the pit, the BEST thing you can do to start with, is put as much pressure as possible on Rival themselves to smarten up their act.

My personal opinion, for what it's worth, this isn't the right place for this discussion as it should be done with the site owner vs. public opinion.

    Again JMO..

In addition, forgive my ignorance but you've been a member since 2009, what took so long, just curious?

    Hi Chuchu,

We try our best to pay within 48-72 hours for validated customers. Management review each withdrawal and request withdrawals to be released when the 72 hour window is approaching. We will always try and make sure decent customers get the best service and promotions.

Free Chip offers: We have started making changes to our offers that will see non-depositing customers no longer receiving Free Chips. This is in place already for accounts that have played 15 or more NO Deposit (Free Chip) offers without making a deposit.

Management screen each player's account and correspondence on a daily basis. If a player logs in, they check the player's history, emails, live chat etc. to make sure the player is not waiting for anything. They also check the player's affiliate and that affiliate's performance. The thinking is to be proactive and to make sure players don't need to contact us for anything

Thank you too for your excellent advice. It really is appreciated

    Best,
    Duwayne

    Hi KK,

Thank you too for your input. You will be pleased to hear that we have been working with Rival. We share forum posts with them too. We really want to try and change the impression and attitude towards our platform.

I know it is going to be tough, but hopefully we can build a proper reputation and get the stamp of approval here.

    Best,
    Duwayne

    Good question

We have been here since we launched and we signed up to be of service to the members here. Luckily, the members here have not needed us

We also wanted to get off the Rogue list (we were banished there as soon as we launched) and thought a presence here, delivering support and service, would help us get there.

After 2 years, we are still stuck in "that" pit and are simply rallying the troops here for advice on what to do next, to climb out of there and get onto Probation street

The problem with been on any "Rogue" or "Avoid" type list is that decent players steer clear. This results in poor volumes which in turn, leads to poor payouts and unhappy customers. It also means bonus hunters are pretty much the only ones signing up and they are cashing out, further impacting the business, as conversion for affiliates is low, resulting in poor commission. It is vicious circle, but a fact of been on these types of lists.

Don't misunderstand me though. Not saying having these lists is wrong (very much a necessity actually); just saying that it is wrong to place anyone on there, if they have not earned the banishment

    Thank you!

    Best,
    Duwayne

Not that you asked my opinion but if you had I would have told you that this thread looks to me like a thinly veiled attempt to pressure CM into putting your casino on the probation list. If Bryan wanted you on the probation list you would already be there. Tactics like this are unlikely to improve your chances, but that's between you folks and Bryan.

IMO misusing your membership here on the forums is not the way to go about this and I have Reported your post accordingly.
