Grand Reef Online Casino - anyone won here before?

    Hello Everyone.

I joined casinomeister to learn more about Grand Reef Casino, I have played at many of the micro gaming casino's and thought to try something else. Grand Reef is a Playtech casino software.

I have been playing at Grand Reef Casino for 5 months and not been able to make one single withdrawal, I kept playing thinking a win will come soon and so far nothing and I am keen to know if anyone has had a win at this casino?

I contacted Grand Reef and asked if they could tell me how much money I have deposited into their casino in the past 5 months and they told me its confidential and they cannot disclose that information. I had to do a back track on my credit card statement only to find that I have deposited thousands of dollars and won nothing. Ouch.

Hope to hear from any other fellow gamblers who may have something good to say about Grand Reef.

    Good Luck

Never heard of this casino before!

Just wondering WHY you have never cashed out.
Obviously if you just keep on playing you will always lose in the end, so I have to ask:
Do you always use bonuses and not make the WR?
Or do you play without bonuses but never reach your cash-out target?

    Never Won

I would normally deposit a few hundred dollars or so and never win. The highest amount I ever built up to was $50 on top of the $200 I deposited. Every other time I would just see my credits descend, never ever a win. Starting to think their casino doesn't pay out.

    .

As KK, I have never heard of this casino before either. I googled it up, and it looks like they are mostly targeting customers from Australia and New Zealand.

To tell you that this information is confidential is only bullshit. That is a red flag in my opinion. You know, there are several good Playtech casinos out there. You should check out the accredited list here

    Welcome

Firstly, this casino was set up as Rainmaker says to target primarily Australasian players. One of the people runing it is someone who went from a reputable MG outfit we all know here and I have met him several times. Pretty confident this is a legit enterprise.

Secondly regards the OP: Playtech slots (which I am sure you are playing judging from your post) can be very high variance. Not all...but quite a few. This means that you have to set cashout targets and manage the budgets. Hopefully that doesn't sound too patronising so to deonstrate what I mean...

...an example: if you have a $500 bankroll and you want an hour's play on Great Blue, Irish Luck, Penguin Vacation or Rome & Glory (plus others!), then don't bet more than $2.50 a spin. If you want a quick game, hoping to win, then that's different - bet $5/$7.50 or more but be aware 4 of your 5 sessions will probably never see you ahead. But one in every 40 or 50 sessions might give you several thousand back in one free spin session.

What I can say, with relative confidence, is that Playtech don't allow operators to change the RTP's of games so Grand Reef will probably be no different to Bet365 or any other Playtech in that regard. Or if it is, it was set up that way by Playtech and it wouldn't make sense to set RTP's too low or you'll lose all your customers.

Simmo, I too know the people running the place and it is legitimate, although it is definitely not licensed in Australia (no casino is). It is marketed to Aussies and Kiwis and has local deposit options and contact numbers etc.

However players have recently been complaining to me about slow withdrawals and being told by the casino that the reason is that they are "experiencing huge volumes". The same old standard BS excuses that start appearing every time a casino has cashflow issues. And we're talking about sub-$100 withdrawals to ewallets, not 5 figure withdrawals. I would urge players to be cautious with this one as it is not looking good to me right now.

    Misleading Spam from Grand Reef

I received an email for a $25 ND bonus from Grand Reef. Download and open a real player account and your bonus will be automatically credited.

So I do, and no bonus. I contact Online Support, and I'm told this offer is not valid and the email was sent in error by one of their affiliates. I'm not sure why, but blocking the chat did not allow me to paste it. My response was that this was not an error but spam, and I would not be making a deposit to reward misleading spammy affiliate, or casinos that use them.

The rep apologized for the confusion. I was not confused, I was mislead and lured into registering by a false promise. I asked her to let her management know I would be sharing this "error" on Casinomeister.

I did check here first. I really should have known better.

Edit: I got another of the same "errors" from a different address, but the same flyer, noticed it just now while cleaning up my inbox.

I have just recently been sent this myself but not once, not twice, but 13 times and counting in the past 3 days from a spammy aff.. The first one I received I did click on and sign up to test the waters and too see if they were worth listing on my site. (I did think this 1st one was from the casino)

I did try it as you did Jas, but got someone who was quite arrogant and arguing the point and just trying to sell me the sign up bonus. I tried Directing him to the page where the $25 was listed (after clicking the email link) but for him it did not show :/ Think the smart affiliate is using old web page cookies so what you see is not what is actually present on the website.

And someone from the casino/aff program is watching here at CM as I have received two emails on both my sites "Contact us" page with the following.

    Hi there,

I saw your site on CasinoMeister. We have 100% a AU and NZ focussed casino, which I believe will be a perfect fit for your site.

Can we discuss the opportunity of doing a deal?

I look forward to hearing from you!

But from my experience so far I don't think I will bother.

After a really bad streak of loosing at Intercasino and 888 poker, I decided to try something new so gave Grand Reef a go (mainly because it caters to Kiwis and Aussies) but had NO joy. Poured in a few hundred then pulled out. Im a lowballer if I cant get a hit (even a small one) on what I put in, then I cant be bothered with the casino.

Its legit just to me (seems the machines are REALLY tight) but I could just of been on a bad run.
