    Thumbs up Playing at Slots Jungle

    Wanted to comment that I have recently played at Slots Jungle and was required to submit a fax back form and ID docs berfore I could withdrawal my $1900.00 win. I did this immediately and within one day documents approved and allowed to make wiretransfer request. So far so go and support very helpful. Will post outcome and length of time to receive funds.

    yes I noticed that after withdrawing the "withdrawable amount" shown, the bonus remains in the "bonus box".

    I questioned chat support regarding this and asked if I was suppose to subtract the bonus amount from my "withdrawable balance" or if the cashier would do this.

    contradicting answer from CS, first said no cashier would do then said to contact cashier. So I did and best to my knowledge based on reply, once you make a withdrawal don't play, deposit or play comps until your withdrawal is processed.

    Very strange procedure but I have left my balance alone and will wait until the bonus is removed upon completing my cashin and payment.

    Do you have any further info that might be useful.

    What exactly did you mean when you said "bonus terms persist". help please

    I have played with them - I thught they were safe. However I have read so much about them now that I do not deposit anymore.
    I have had one cashout, and it took longer than I am used to at other casinos - BUT I did get it!

    Update on Slots Jungle the good and the bad

    I did get paid as per my first post however I did have trouble getting them to pay the entire amount versus the $500.00 installments.

    But, the email from the Casino confirming my withdrawal advised me that I "would not be able to receive bonuses anylonger". Apparently once you win finally you are not valued as a player anylonger. To my amazement I was also banned from receiving "comp points"

    Comp points reward play and keep players coming back; so, in my opinion this is simply a huge mistake by management. I have to wonder who is managing these casinos and whether or not they have any education in Management they obviously lack the skills.

    Just my opinion.

    I don't have much influence on whether someone is bonus banned or not, but you're not banned from Comps.

    Exactly as you said, comps are a money reward that you get for playing and you cannot be banned for them. The only thing is that you need to contact the support and ask them to redeem your comps, and not just redeem them in the cashier.

    Please let me know if you have any problem doing that.
