They owe me over $10,000, but are just sending me $500 a week, despite their site saying $3k per week... Going to take nearly 6 months to get all my money. :(

you: what does it mean that installments determined by player class?

Seems to me they are not adhereing to their terms or what chat support advises. I would complain and your welcome to copy my chat in an email to them.

Strange that casino support is identified by a name.
