Following up on your withdrawal query – it has been found that there was a technical issue with a batch of payments and unfortunately yours seems to be included. The good news is that management have taken the decision to re-issue this payment to you. This will be done shortly, if not already and the funds should reflect in your bank account at the latest, the end of next week. I will however confirm all the details as soon as I receive them.

I replied that I took offense at their statement that "management have taken the decision to re-issue" payment to me. Made it seem like they were doing me a favor to get me my money. After I had to repeatedly follow up, I may get it by end of next week.
