so I found a no deposit bonus code for this casino, *snip* and won. I sent in my documents about 7 days a go, for a wire transfer. I contacted customer care via lve chat, they said it takes 10-12 days. Just curious if anyone has used them. Thanks

Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between a legit question and someone posting casino spam as if it was a legit question. Usually when someone posts a link to the website it is the latter. I did apologize in advance, but let me do so again: my apologies, no offense intended.

now i would assume that these "customer service reps" know what kinda buisness they are working for, i would say the chat was abusive but whats more abusive is them stealing peoples hard earned money.
by the way there is a good chance that this "rep" is a owner or invested somehow in this scam casino.
you think "olga" has no idea what type of casino she is a part of? I highly doubt it.
