When I enter a blackjack table on online casinos do they use 48 cards or do they use 2 x 48?
If I bet one dollar 10 times and then 10$ will the cards I receive with my 10$ bet had been the same cards if I had betted $1?

There are lots of different variations of blackjack available and lots of casinos offering the game. Depending on where you go and which variant you play the number of decks/cards in play will differ. You should be able to check the table rules and see how many decks are in play before putting any money down though.
As for question number two: No, the size of your bet will not affect which cards appear.
Some Net Entertainment casinos have single deck BJ like Unibet (meister accredited) http://www.casinomeister.com/accredited_casinos.php and yep the next card dealt will be the same as if you hadn't altered your chip size.

Thanks for answering. Now another question, im trying to beat the casinos here.. I will test this theory probably on Friday and if I win I will post here.
During one deck of cards, are the chances of winning after playing all of the cards of the deck 50% 50%? Meaning that blackjack has 50% chance of winning?
As others have already tried to tell you - you are so far off track with your thinking you really shouldn't be gambling at all IMHO.
Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I'm just trying to save you from wasting your money.
In online RNG Blackjack (be it single deck or multi-deck) the cards are shuffled after every hand so every outcome is equally likely in every hand you play.
If you play Live online BJ they will be using 6 or 8 decks and only deal out something like 3 to 4 decks worth of cards before reshuffling. Therefore the chances of any given hand are pretty close to the same as above. i.e. impossible to predict even roughly what result you might get.
