    Lucky Creek - Review

When I saw you guys getting the $100 ND Money, I was kinda happy and thought it was actually given to everybody. So since I was an el-cheapo, I thought I might as well take the offer not knowing that it was for "Invited Guests Only" and well... I didn't get the money. I contacted their CS and they soon told me that it was for Invited Guests only.

So since I already registered and what not I thought to myself that I might as well deposit some and try it. Since they say they offer "EcoCard" and I have some money there I could try it out a little. I looked for it but it didn't show up on the cashier page, I looked again and saw "ClickandBuy" which was greyed out. So I went to ask their CS about it and this was the great response from Susan (which I think doesn't even know what she is talking about).

Me: You guys don't accept EcoCard?
    Susan: No
Me: funny thing... your website states very clearly that you guys do accept EcoCard deposits
Me: how come it is the opposite now?
    Susan: The options were available
Susan: and were recently taken off
Me: also, can I get the ClicknBuy to be available for me?
Susan: Yes ,you will also need to register with money bookers
Me: Huh? What in the world are you talking about?
Susan: Click to buy option , which is linked to money bookers
Me: can you please read my question perhaps?
Me: I am NOT TALKING about MoneyBookers
Susan: You requested the option click to buy to be available to you ,now the only option for click to buy players we have available is from money bookers
Susan: where before we activate the link you already have an account created with them

I'm talking about "ClickandBuy" and she is asking me to signup with "MoneyBookers". What does MoneyBookers have which is linked to ClickandBuy apart from the fact that they are both eWallets?

In the end, I did and only deposited $50 using my Visa Card. After some play and winning about $30, I thought it was nice while it lasted and tried to make a withdrawal. Lo-and-Behold, there's only 2 options to withdraw money. 1. Wire Transfer and 2. Neteller. Since Neteller is not available for me, I choose Wire Transfer and the horror is that there was a $20 charge on it. WOW!!! If I did withdraw with this amount, I would have lost money with the bank charges and etc, plus the exchange rate would make me in the hole. So I continued playing and lost all my money.

I redeposit again with $500 and this time I was lucky enough to make it up to $1735.10 and finally made a withdrawal. Their rule was that there's a 48 hour pending period. I contacted CS about the wait and asked if it could be flushed but they said "NO" very firmly. Asked if they could perhaps waive the $20 charge, they again said "NO" even more firmly and stressing that NOBODY could get them to waive it no matter what. So I patiently waited for my withdrawal which I made on Sunday evening (their time) and it got released on Wednesday since it's after their cut-off time on Tuesday before the money got out of the pending period. Since I didn't want to have trouble with the delay in withdrawal, I sent them all the standard documents and etc as soon as I made the request.

Today after waiting for about 1 week exactly, I finally saw a Credit in my account with the amount of $1686.43 which is totally very strange. Oh well... I guess I'm being charged with a really crazy amount from the bank in between.

Overall here's my take on the casino.

Games : Moderate (not very attractive) - Slots pays really low
Support : Good but very strict to their rules. This Susan should know what she is talking about before trying to be a CS person.
Deposit : Very limited ways of deposit - only Visa left (as of this posting)
Withdrawal : On time and as stated

Would I recommend this casino to others? Well... I am in between on this.

If they have better games and more ways of deposit, I am sure they might be better.

All in all, I am happy that I got my money and that they do pay on time.
You win some, you lose some... nobody can win it all.

When I first started playing there, the only option that was enabled was visa/mastercard. I talked to support and they immediately enabled use my wallet for both deposits and withdrawals.

That being said, I have never had issues with Lucky Creek or their sister sites....I do find the slots rather tight though.

Also a for fiinlly adding 10 hand and 50 hand video poker over the last 2 weeks.

Agreed. I decided not to play at Lucky Creek because
of what you stated above. The slots there just don't
make me excited enough to deposit.

I know the software they use is somehow affiliated with
Microgaming, (from what I heard) But what the hell...
Lucky Creek's software nowhere matches MG on any level
as far as appeal, excitement and all around feel.

I have found their video poker to be quite generous...on just about every cashout I have had with BetOnSoft, it took a nice hit on video poker to get the ball rolling, so to speak.

How did I do it? To tell you the truth, I did it not because of Slots... I won because of Roulette and Single Deck Blackjack.

I think I made around $600 on roulette $20 on a single number and $3 on 7 others and it really hit the number with $20 on it. Single Deck BJ was really nice to me too. I won 3 hands and lost 1 (about 75% win with 25% loss). I really don't think I'll be able to do that again even if I wanted to.

They gave me $100 bonus the other day and I just blew it away playing BJ and roulette. Both were starting to be really brutal to me.

    Guess it's a new player's luck.

    Lucky Creek Question

Hey guys...I have a quick question. Is Lucky Creek ok to play? I looked in the Rogue Pit and didn't see them, and I have read mixed reviews so I would like to know if they are ok or not (in your experience). I had played them before back a year or so ago but I guess I lost interest. Then the other day I received a letter (one wanting me to play again) with a $100 bonus chip so I did, made the 40x WR playthrough and my cash out was around $1500.00. I sent the required documents but I did receive an email today stating that the max cash out is $100.00 and that the rest would be given as 100% match bonuses. I went on the letter and tried to find those terms, couldn't, however in the very bottom right hand corner it says to refer to the E & OE terms. I went to the casino web page and it does state the maximum withdrawal is $100.00 (boy I put in a lot of work to make the WR requirements for $100.00), and there is a $30.00 courier fee to get the $100.00...lol...however I should have read everything, so the blame is on me

Anyway, if this group is ok, I may play them some. I really enjoyed one of the games there and if this group is ok I may try them again after I see how this withdrawal goes. I was so excited over the $1500.00 (I like to cash in $1k if possible), but if the group is not rogue, and they are quick, then I may deposit again, without a bonus (or atleast one without a max cashout). Any input would be appreciated

    easy to please

Maybe I'm easy to please, but I kind of like that software. Reels of Rock can hit big although hard to hit and their football game (all ways -- 243 lines) is a lot of fun. As US facing casinos go, they are among the most reliable.
