Clearly then, a need exists for RTG to include such a tool in a future software upgrade. Operators should be adding this to their "wish list" so that RTG can consider adding this functionality.
The other (and unanswered) question is WERE the terms of this bonus altered, even if merely to clarify the ambiguity that could be interpreted as allowing the third deposit to be greater than the second, provided both were NOT greater than the first.
The terms are clear NOW, but were they as clear in past weeks?
The accusation is that the terms were changed without notification, and that the change was NOT made obvious on the web page for that week.

Have to agree 100% here. Why offer coupons that your cashier wont automatically reject? Why not make it more straightforward for yourselves and players by just offering coupons that CAN be rejected if players are not eligible?
Seems simple to me.
Of course I never play at your casino anyway because you only answer 50% of my emails (which I usually send out every six months or so to retrieve my login data or deposit bonus questions...which i could get from every other casino on the internet in a matter of minutes using their LIVE CHAT)
And your entire organization seems to have a "we are always right no matter what and don't mind saying so" mentality.

I have just about enough of them also. I pretty much only deposited with Inet. Not big deposits, 35 at a time. I was doing pretty good there 2 months ago. Cashed out alot. Then BOOM! I couldn't hit a damn thing. So last week I was bored, decided to give them another shot. Cashed out 200. Not a big cashout but none the less cashed out.
So they "process" my withdrawal. I wait a day, still nothing showing in my e-wallet account. So I call my e-wallet, they do not have a record of my payout. So I contact Inet. Here is the e-mail:

I am sorry to bother you again, but yesterday my withdrawal was approved. It is not in my ewalletexpress account. I just spoke with them and they can't seem to find it. Is there a reference number so that I can give it to them to locate the funds.

If Inetbet is unable to offer this bonus with software that will disallow a larger deposit, then one solution might have the terms state "Contact Support for your Coupon Code" Then the deposit could be checked manually to make sure it qualifies. It is being checked upon cashout for compliance.

It is extremely clear that the coupons have to be redeemed in the order listed. If you did it by accident and are a regular player, perhaps they should have atleast returned your deposit and allowed you claim the correct bonus coupon.
Since the promo. was likely over by the time you were contacted, they should have returned your deposit at the very least or added the 75% bonus if you are a vip.
But ultimately they are correct, terms wise

Too bad that RTG can't set up their bonuses like Rivals - all T&C's clearly visible when clicking on a promotion without combing through lines of random bullsh*t text (deliberately put in a small font) until you actually find what the specific terms are for the bonus.
Guess Rival wanted everything up front. They got that part right, imagine that...![]()
