I'd like to give you ONE BIG HUG for all your concern and tireless efforts during my recent ordeal with UK CASINO CLUB.

Without Renee, might have been different outcome altogether.
All is well ... I GOT PAID!
Eventually.
But had I not found Renee here at Casinomeister perhaps it would never have happened.
I'd have lost my cool.
Got good and Nasty... Accomplished nothing!

A long story to tell.
AUGUST 2010 : Had a decent win, first in years after following a link from a CR promo, depositing, being told in chat that bonus would follow, then being informed by "The Software" despite thousands of loyalty points - including RewardsRiches lotto ticket wins - that Bonus Abuse was behind my inelegibility!

No response to emails... So Renee is consulted.
Explains that over the years I'd received More in bonuses than I had actually deposited, so I'd "never really RISKED anything".

I never asked for any Bonuses.
They were offered! Sure I tried your Free lotto tickets, Beta Tests and the like.
So ok ... Stop sending promos Puh-Leeze!

But anyway, I already deposited my 50 - Lose, win, lose, w.. and hey Cash Out $300. Politely leave $100 in (blew that soon enough) 3 days later 300 is credited at Neteller. No docs request either - money straight back to where it came from!

Beauty! Casino Rewards is looking ok Bryan...

Deposit some more.
REWARDS bonuses yet? Who cares! Look 9 days later I'm cashing out another $200. Same result; Promptly credited to Neteller a/c.

Only ever won $1.75 in 4 years. Honest!

Remain calm; Keep your cool. Always assume that some dolt at the other end might be doing a job they hate and it doesn't morally oblige Them to care very much about YOU.

CM membership has certain advantages for us players.
Perhaps it's a wise move to make EARLY contact with the rep for whichever Casino you're playing at.

Even the mighty Renee got it wrong once, but her replies to my emails were always encouraging, understanding and thoroughly competent.

In a similar situation You can have a true and valuable ally.
Casino Rewards partners might not be fully endorsed by Bryan, but my problems here needed nothing more than a degree of patience and a Leave It To RENEE approach.

Perhaps the entire group redeems itself on account of what one person accomplished here.

Remember, it's a virtual world we're playing in.
Have some appreciation for the shortcomings of real world individuals employed in an industry whose dissatisfied customers likely exposes them to plenty of bile.
Just be nice!

Your advice is wise also. Too often I see the knee-jerk "they are cheating me!" "trying to rip me off" etc, but like they say, you get alot more bees with honey rather than vinegar

Casino Rewards was my very first cashout. I still play there. I've encountered difficulties, all of which were eventually resolved. Some I just kind of caved on, but mostly patience and persistance paid.

Rules can be complicated with bonuses at Casino Rewards, and I fell victim at a weak point in my life to the long reversable period, but I've always had a lot of trust with them.

While they are not accredited here, they are not rogues, and I'm glad to see the rep here works for the players. This is not the first time, but it doesn't seem like it needs Renee's intervention that often.

If the time frame for payments was a little faster, I'd play CR more often.

comp points ? it is a rewards group that you can redeem point from playing in any of the rewards . i Have deposited there many times , I had one cash out
no problem .But if there is a max cash out of money that has rise from a use of
alot of comp points ,we should know about it .

(ps -any chance they have issues since the large payout of the ~2 million or so
from mega moola to that norway winner ? )

It's not UKCC but CR who control that. And as mentioned, my inability to redeem the points was pretty intelligently treated by them in terms of how little I had deposited over some years - compared to bonuses already received.
My only complaint is that nobody informed me ...and that I had been promised a bonus (by an inept UKCC chat operator) after depositing.

Aww Geez, mate - they already got that money stashed away. Sits there just waiting for some lucky winner to hit the big one. All the group members provide their share from a massive pool of funds collected from players "progressive" contributions - and when the hit comes, it's Paid.
No single casino is ever out of pocket.
And wouldn't they just love that publicity, hey?

Anyhow, we pay for the entertainment they provide.
And look -50 bucks can last me for days.
The casinos reel in gazillions - and what's perhaps a big win for us is mere chicken feed to them!

Think maybe you worry too much about the capacity of the people involved to cover their asses? (sorry, that's arses down here) ... OK Max?

Like I said - if there's a problem, stay calm and cut them some slack?
Millions of dollars have been paid out by brilliantly developed organizations operating some absolutely amazing software. The mind boggles!
Whatsmore, they employ lots of mostly helpful support staff who'll always try to find answers for you and we don't even pay for the phone calls, do we?
