    Wink (SEASONED USERS) Abbreviation Definition Explanations for (NEWBIES LIKE ME)

    I would like to get some clarifications on the abbreviations used to describe stuff about online casinos; example, +LV, RLP etc.

    I'm new on here and already addicted to casinomeister.com. It would sure make reading a lot of posts so much easier for me.

    Thanks in advance!

    Just because they are not accredited that doesn't necessarily mean they are bad casinos.
    There are loads of OK casinos who aren't on the Meister's list IMO.

    You probably wont find threads about all of them, but to get an idea why they may not be accredited, see the "Standards for Accreditation" at the top of this page: http://www.casinomeister.com/accredited_casinos.php

    What's up KK!

    Thanks man but I already found my answer by doing some research. turns out that they're all a sister company to Golden Casino, which is crap.

    I changed the thread because I didn't want to upset anyone by bringing up the same topic that has been touched on already previously.

    But maybe you can contribute to what the new thread is about.

    Well I'm guessing here, but I assume you mean;

    +EV = Positive Expected Value.
    This means if you complete the wagering on a bonus on the game with the lowest house edge you are mathematically expected to make a profit.
    (Obviously -EV means you are expected to make a loss)

    RTP = Return To Player.
    The payback percentage of the game.
    e.g. A 95% RTP slot is mathematically expected to give you $95 back for every $100 you wager.
    It is the opposite of house edge; A 95% RTP slots has a House Edge of 5%.

    I was confused when I first read the op's initial post and then yours KK, glad it's back on the same page.

    Question can and how does one determine your bolded quote above? How does a player know the lowest house edge on a game?
