    [Resolved] WildJack casino withdrawal

Hello, I recieved 15 freespins on monday the 26th of june worth 7$ and made a nice 186$ fully withdrawable amount.
So i withdrew it the same day and the support flushed it for me and i had to sent all the requested documents and they where all accepted.
But the weird thing is that my withdraw status is "processed-confiscation" and even the livesupport dont know what that means....
The livesupport said that they are going to contect the casinomanagement, but iam going on holiday this monday for 11 days and i dont know if they can confiscate my money if i dont react on time. So i think waiting 8 days or more for a microgaming casino is not really normal right?

BTW, i see that WildJack casino is no longer part of the JackpotFactory group...

    Thanks,

    Coen Hallie

What games did u play, and how much did you bet each spins / game? it could be the reason, as i think its max 20% bets, so if You were making like 2$ bets at a slot, they are in their rights to confiscate Or if You had a strange playing pattern... If not then You have to chase them for Your winnings, i dont think they are on the acreditted casinos list anymore?

I still see them listed here:

    http://www.casinomeister.com/accredited_casinos.php

Under Microgaming/Jackpot Factory Group, last casino listed under JPF.

You should try sending a PM to their rep Coenie. Go to the IGaming Forum Rep links at the top of the forum, and scroll down until you see Jackpot Factory. Click on their profile, and make sure you send them a Private Message, as opposed to Public Message. Make sure to include your account #, etc., and ask them to look into it for you.
Attn: New Members! Make sure to check out the "Casinomeister Accredited Casinos" and the "Spot The Rogue" section of the main site here before jumping into "Online Casinos" with no information or knowledge behind you!

Wow, first I have heard of this. Were they bought out by someone else I wonder?

Gonna draw Bryan's attention to this on Monday, and see if he knows anything more about it.

    Thanks for the info/update Coenie.

EDIT: Just took a quick look at the Jackpot Factory website, and it does only show Allslots, Alljackpot, FirstWeb and VIP Lounge now.

    http://www.jackpotfactory.com/

Does anyone who plays at Wildjack ever receive any notification that they were no longer part of the JPF group?

You might want to consider the Pitch-A-Bitch process, our member complaint service. We've had a few PABs against Wildjack recently and have successfully resolved them all.

You'll find all the info on the Pitch-A-Bitch (aka 'PAB') process here: Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

Please do us both a favour and read the FAQ in full before you submit a PAB. When someone does a PAB they have responsibilities too and the FAQ explains those in detail.

Player Complaints (Pitch-A-Bitch) Manager and Forum Moderator

PS. I believe Bryan knows about Wildjack's recent move. It's my understanding that that info will be updated shortly.
