RTG wager requirement counter wandering (Lock, etc)

While I did think I finally found an RTG that was decent and I could make my new home I must say that this place has left me bitter. I deposited a few times, cashed out once then lost a few ,no prob there but then I took a bonus a few days back, $55 deposit, 150 % bonus and ran it up to an astounding $560 just betting pennies. I actually hit a $208 winner on a .15 bet on Triton among many other unbelievable hits lowrolling.
After wagering many, many bets I checked the wager requirements in the cashier and it had that I had only bet like $120 total. I then contacted live support to point out the faulty counter and was told that I was right and could I please give them 3 minutes to correct this. I logged back in and my coupon code MIMOSAFRI was changed to some BBUME code, there was like 4 manager withdrawals and deposits then the wager requirements were changed to like $788. A $668 difference. After this "adjustment" to my account I never won another single spin over a 14 hour period . Almost $600 without a single win over a dollar. Something definately was changed besides the wager requirement counter so I am now back to only the Rivals as these RTG's are generally a nightmare to me.
People, please watch your wager requirements at this place . A 20 times bonus could quickly turn into much more in an instant. This is one casino that I'll definately be quitting ahead. Can't count ,can't have me as a customer.

This is a serious accusation and should be investigated as a Pitch-A-Bitch, especially given the trial period for Accreditation currently under way.

As ever, the Pitch-A-Bitch process begins here: Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

Do yourself a favour and read the FAQ in full before you submit the PAB. When someone does a PAB they have responsibilities in this process too and the FAQ explains those in detail.

I am damn sure the RTG playthrough counters are faulty. A couple of weeks at Inetbet when I played the counters were working perfectly. About the time when I thought I had met WRs, I found that this was not so and so I did a little experiment. I then discovered that my wagering (and that was on slots) only counted half towards the WR. 25 spins at $0.2 and the playthru was reduced by $2.5. When I contacted Inet they told me they were not aware of the error but advised to log out and then in again. Sure enough, there were no WRs left. I doubt this is a lag in the system as the playthru was declining albeit at only half the rate. This could be a glitch but if was working perfectly at first why did it suddenly go wrong?

Do not trust the RTG counter fully guys. Check at random the decrease in WRs say over an automated 50 spins and see if it tallies with your bet total.

Ah, this reminds me of a similar incident I had at a new casino, LV casino, also RTG.
They offered a free chip, WR was very high, 150x bonus I think it was, and when I checked the PT I also saw my wagering counted 50% for the playthrough!
And I was only playing slots.
I thought it would be some hidden term from a new casino, there was no livesupport and I was losing anyway, so I didn't really pay much attention to it, but now that I read this, it has to be a bug.
I just went through their T&C's to see, but slots count 100%!!

Might be a good idea to split this into a separate thread btw, this is serious shit!

    ??

Something strange happened to me this weekend (apart from the terrible earthquake that hit my town in Chile).
I deposited $ 150 and received a bonus of $ 500, with a playtrough 40x. At first it was all luck, making $ 5 bets came to have $ 1000. I went gambling at 12.5 dollars and I have $ 3400. I was very happy. I went to the cashier and saw that I had $ 13,400 of playtrough. After that, nothing. Feature game only gave me 10x bet maximum. I changed the slot again and again, but it was impossible. I lost all the money without being able to meet the requirements.
The truth is I do not know if this is normal or not, probably more has happened or is part of the odds. What I find strange is the sudden switch of victory lost.

This is the second time I was so with the same bonus. (last time I came to almost $ 4000 and still could not make a withdrawal).
