Why should this be necessary to get to the bottom of a very ELEMENTARY problem, the 5 week delay in payment. This is something that should easily be handled through the usual channels of CS & referral to accounting, followed by reply being relayed back to the player. Reps are here mainly for the more complex problems, and to receive player feedback about policies. IF the casino was doing things properly in the first place, there would be little demand for reps to function as proxy CS agents.
