Hmmmm.....
It seems that Nedplay ALLOWS people to have multiple accounts and ALLOWS them to abuse and cheat the freeroll tournament.
First and second place are the SAME PERSON.![]()

...or someone registered multiple accounts in violation of the T&C's and haven't been caught yet. Which seems more likely
Just email Nedplay and let them know![]()
I do realize that multiple accounts are not allowed.
I'm just appalled that, we the player, have to do the job the site's security department are PAID TO DO.
As I am in the top 10 for that particular tournament (the only reason I noticed) and first and second were won by the same cheater, I should be given 5th place prize instead of the 7th place that I got.
But its not always immediately obvious - that player may have only just registered the second account, maybe a different IP, email address, address etc. The software will only do so much recognition and that is down to Microgaming, not the casino. Email them, tell them, you might get pumped up the list![]()
I have PM'd DutchRobin regarding this issue.
I would contact Nedplay directly, but we already know that their customer service/support department sucks.
They never respond when a live chat is requested, and their support ticketing system has always taken them at least 5 days to respond.
Yes, I have also submitted a support ticket regarding this, but as I mentioned earlier, they take 5+ days to respond (even though they claim 24-48 hours)
Another day, another two tournaments and another revelation:
This jack^%& has THREE accounts:
(and no response form Nedplay, of course)
So.....another €100 stolen by a cheater instead of being won by legitimate player
....and Nedplay support is still nowhere to be seen.
Maybe its someone from the Casino playing, that would explain that he wins really good money.
Dont beleive everything that is written in Casino terms and conditions, owners and reps do play at the casino, when the casino has a lot of money to pay, they play so they lower that percentage, so the players get even less...
Woot!!
He comes in first AND second place in the Tombraider tourney, and now also first/second in the Avalon tourney?
Smells fishy. Or, smells like an entire fishmarket.
The fact that he has multiple aliases can be explained, but how the hell does he manage to WIN with all of them?!
Cant wait to hear what Nedplay has to say about this.
