It seems they dont work weekends if they do nobody answers email, nobody answers any phone calls and they dont even answer the live chat,
ive tried to contact them,
5 times by phone, it goes straight to voicemail,
countless times by live chat after about a minute it always goes to the submit a ticket page,
submitted a ticket, no answer,
pmed the rep , no answer as of yet

it says on there website thet the first deposit bonus is credited automatically, it wasnt,

PM Dutchrobin, this is the fastest way, did you send in a claim ticket? The live chat feature wont be answered but after 180 seconds it will direct you and they usually answer within 6 hours??? This is an ongoing issue with them.
